(Bild zVg PSI)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Nicht nur durch Sustainability Awards des Promotional Product Service Institutes (PSI) r\u00fcckt Nachhaltigkeit immer mehr ins Zentrum.\u00a0 Wer Werbeartikel einsetzt und nutz, will inzwischen wissen, woher sie kommen und unter welchen Bedingungen sie produziert wurden. Das Promotional Product Service Institute bietet einen zuverl\u00e4ssigen Nachweis \u00fcber die Nachhaltigkeit in der Branche.<\/p>\n<p>Die PSI Sustainability Awards geben Auskunft \u00fcber \u00f6kologische, soziale und \u00f6konomische Verantwortung. Ausgezeichnet wurden Einreichungen, die ebenso vielf\u00e4ltig sind, wie die Branche selbst: Sie reichen vom nachhaltigen Farbmalset f\u00fcr Kinder \u00fcber biologisch abbaubare Regenponchos bis zu Kalendern, die aus St\u00e4ngeln und Bl\u00e4ttern hergestellt wurden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kriterien f\u00fcr Werbeartikel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Indem das Werbeinstitut den Fokus auf Transparenz im Umweltmanagement, bei Arbeitsbedingungen, in Sachen Nachhaltigkeit oder Sozialstandards setzt, m\u00f6chte es mit den PSI Sustainability Awards Auskunft \u00fcber die Balance zwischen \u00d6konomie, \u00d6kologie und Soziales Engagement geben.<\/p>\n<p>Auch 2017 haben diverse teilnehmende Unternehmen mit viel Transparenz trumpfen wollen. Von Shirts aus ausschliesslich \u00f6kologischen Stoffen \u00fcber recycelbare wie wiederverwertbare Non-woven Taschen bis zum Bio-Stift mit &#8222;Papp-K\u00f6rper&#8220; &#8211; von grossen sozialen und \u00f6kologischen Projekten, bis zur kleinen \u201eGraswurzel\u201c-Konzepten reichten die Einsendungen. \u00a0Weiter k\u00f6nnte das Thema &#8222;Sustainability&#8220; nicht reichen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die Nominierten <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bei der dritten Auflage der PSI Sustainability Awards warteten 90 Nominierte auf die Verk\u00fcndung der Sieger. Ausgezeichnet wurden die \u00f6kologisch, \u00f6konomisch und sozial nachhaltigsten Produkte, Kampagnen oder Unternehmen der Werbeartikelbranche. Neben mehreren Auszeichnungen in acht festen Kategorien gab es auch zwei Sonderpreise, die an den &#8222;Infuencer of the Year&#8220; und das &#8222;nachhaltigste Start-up&#8220; vergeben wurden.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Nun stehen die Nominierten der PSI Sustainability Awards fest:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kategorie 1: Economic Excellence<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>BIC Graphic Europe<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Mit einer umfassend und pr\u00e4zise belegten Einreichung hat BIC Graphic Europe die Kategorie Economic Excellence Kategorie f\u00fcr sich entschieden. Auf der Basis eines strikt durchkomponierten Qualit\u00e4tsmanagements hat BIC die Grundlagen f\u00fcr herausragende Leistungen im Umwelt- und Sozialmanagement geschaffen, was durch ein vorbildliches Reporting dokumentiert wurde.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kategorie 2: Environmental Excellence<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Schwan Stabilo Promotion Products<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Als Sieger der Kategorie Environmental Excellence hat Schwan-STABILO seine intensive Auseinandersetzung mit der \u00f6kologischen Dimension der Nachhaltigkeit dokumentiert. Hierzu z\u00e4hlen insbesondere die \u00f6kologische Gestaltung der Produktion und der Unternehmensprozesse, die Entwicklung \u00f6kologischer Produktreihen sowie ein nachhaltiges Bauen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kategorie 3: Social Excellence<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Halfar System<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Gewonnen hat in der Kategorie Social Excellence das BSCI-Mitglied HALFAR mit einem dokumentierten Nachhaltigkeitsnetzwerk, zu dem auch das Integrationsunternehmen \u201eprosigno\u201c mit Sitz im Halfar-Geb\u00e4ude z\u00e4hlt. Ausgezeichnet wurden zwei konkrete Initiativen im Rahmen einer klaren nachhaltigen Unternehmensphilosophie. Dabei handelt es sich um ein \u201eFlowchart\u201c-Konzept zur Compliant-Produktsuche und -Analyse sowie das &#8222;Vendor Social Compliance Protocol&#8220;, eine kontrollierte Compliance-Steuerung der Lieferketten. Strategie und Umsetzung wurden in Form eines Nachhaltigkeitsreports dokumentiert, was die Jury \u00fcberzeugte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sonderkategorie: Start up<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Just so Clothing<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u201eEin transparentes Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell mit dem Ziel, 250.000 Frauen und ihre Familien binnen der n\u00e4chsten f\u00fcnf Jahre aus der Armut herauszuholen, verdient unsere Unterst\u00fctzung\u201c, begr\u00fcndet die Jury ihre Entscheidung f\u00fcr die Preisvergabe in der Sonderkategorie Start-up. Just so Clothing unterst\u00fctzt handwerklich t\u00e4tige Frauen aus S\u00fcdasien, \u00c4gypten und S\u00fcdafrika dabei, sich und ihre Familien durch die Herstellung hochwertiger und nachhaltiger Produkte aus der Armut zu befreien.
