Die neue Publikation zum Herbizidverbot des Bundeamtes f\u00fcr Umwelt (BAFU) geht auf den Stand der Umsetzung auf und an Strassen, Wegen und Pl\u00e4tzen ein. Im \u00f6ffentlichen Sektor ist die Anwendung von Mitteln zur Unkrautbek\u00e4mpfung auf diesen Fl\u00e4chen seit mehr als 30 Jahren untersagt. Das Verbot gilt seit 2001 auch f\u00fcr private Anwenderinnen und Anwender.<\/p>\n

Wenig Aufkl\u00e4rung gegeben<\/strong><\/p>\n

Das BAFU wollte nun in Erfahrung bringen, inwiefern das Herbizidverbot bei den Anwenderinnen und Anwendern bekannt ist und umgesetzt wird. Vergleicht man die Ergebnisse der Studien von 2010 und 2017, so kann als Trend festgehalten werden, dass sich in Bezug auf die Bekanntheit des Verbots, sowie in dessen Umsetzung \u2013 sowohl bei Fachleuten als auch bei den Privatpersonen \u2013 nur wenig ver\u00e4ndert hat.<\/p>\n

Insgesamt setzt mehr als die H\u00e4lfte der Befragten Herbizide im Unterhalt ein, zum Teil auch auf Fl\u00e4chen, auf welchen die Anwendung verboten w\u00e4re. Im Gegensatz zu Privaten, von denen 47 Prozent noch nie etwas vom Anwendungsverbot geh\u00f6rt haben, kennen \u00fcber 90 Prozent der Fachleute das Verbot.<\/p>\n
