Das Landwirtschaftliche Zentrum in Salez ist gem\u00e4ss dem Low-Tech-Prinzip gebaut worden. Die Schweiz und Liechtenstein haben den Architekturpreis Constructive Alps nach Salez vergeben. Der Preis wurde bereits zum f\u00fcnften Mal durchgef\u00fchrt. Insgesamt sind knapp 330 Projekte eingereicht worden. Eine Jury hat daraus zehn Beitr\u00e4ge ausgew\u00e4hlt, von denen die ersten drei insgesamt 50’000 Franken erhalten. Das\u00a0Landwirtschaftliche Zentrum Salez\u00a0hat den ersten Platz erreicht.<\/p>\n

Landwirtschaftliche Zentrum Salez<\/strong><\/p>\n

Das Landwirtschaftliche Zentrum Salez besteht aus Tagungszentrum, Gutsbetrieb, Staatswingert und Obstanlage. Gemeinsam mit den Praxisversuchsparzellen in Flawil wird es vom Landwirtschaftlichen Zentrum SG (LZSG) betrieben. Dieses verf\u00fcgt auch \u00fcber Beratungsstellen in Kaltbrunn und Sargans.<\/p>\n

Der Kanton St. Gallen habe zusammen mit Architekt Andy Senn neue Massst\u00e4be in Sachen Klimaeffizienz gesetzt, so die Jury. Der Neubau \u00fcberzeugte die Jury, da \u00abes das Prinzip ‚Low-Tech‘, eine m\u00f6glichst einfache Bauweise f\u00fcr lange Lebensdauer, konsequent und intelligent durchzieht\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Das Geb\u00e4ude wird mit einer Holzschnitzelanlage mit nachhaltigem Rohstoff aus der Region beheizt. Die Heizzentrale liefert \u00fcber eine Fernleitung auch die Heizenergie f\u00fcr die kantonale Strafanstalt Saxerriet und das Oberstufenzentrum T\u00fcrggenau der Gemeinde Sennwald.<\/p>\n

Auf dem Flachdach des Neubaus ist eine Photovoltaikanlage installiert. Sie deckt rund 60 Prozent des Strombedarfs.<\/p>\n

„Constructive Alps“ von Salez \u00fcberzeugt\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mit Constructive Alps werden Projekte ausgezeichnet, die im Hinblick auf nachhaltiges Bauen und Sanieren in den Alpen \u00fcberzeugen k\u00f6nnen. Die Schweiz und Liechtenstein haben diesen Preis nun zum f\u00fcnften Mal vergeben, wie es in einer\u00a0Medienmitteilung<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0heisst.<\/p>\n

2Das Landwirtschaftliche Zentrum Salez ist damit eines der Projekte, welche zeigen, dass Architektur \u00c4sthetik und Klimavernunft kombinieren kann, wie es in der Mitteilung des Bundesamtes f\u00fcr Raumentwicklung (ARE) heisst. Das Geb\u00e4ude des Zentrums setze auf eine m\u00f6glichst einfache Bauweise und eine lange Lebensdauer. Kanton und Architekt Andy Senn h\u00e4tten somit im Hinblick auf die Klimaeffizienz neue Massst\u00e4be gesetzt.<\/p>\n

Weitere Siegerprojekte\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Der Neubau f\u00fcr das Landwirtschaftliche Zentrum St. Gallen in Salez wurde bereits nach zwei Jahren Bauzeit im Mai 2019 er\u00f6ffnet. Eine Montagehalle in Vorarlberg und ein Berggasthaus in Glarus haben es auf die Pl\u00e4tze zwei und drei geschafft. Neben sieben Anerkennungspreisen ist auch erstmals ein Publikumspreis ermittelt worden.<\/p>\n
