Zu den wichtigsten Themen geh\u00f6rten in diesem Jahr die zunehmende Internationalisierung des Unternehmens, das Organisationsmodell, die Markenf\u00fchrung, die Technologie und wie jedes Jahr die demokratischen Wahlen der F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte.<\/p>\n<p>Das Wahlergebnis im Januar 2016: \u201eHaufe-umantis ist und bleibt ein von den Mitarbeitern gef\u00fchrtes Unternehmen.\u201c<\/p>\n<p><strong>Haufe-umantis Manifest<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Grundlage der demokratischen Unternehmensf\u00fchrung bildet das Haufe-umantis-Manifest, in dem die geltenden Werte in Bereichen wie Entscheidungsfindung, Leistung oder Team-Recruiting beschrieben sind. Mit der Abstimmung \u00fcber die neue Verfassung legten die Mitarbeiter die grundlegenden Prozesse, Regeln und Werte des Unternehmens fest. Dazu geh\u00f6rt auch die demokratische Wahl der F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte, die dieses Jahr zum dritten Mal abgehalten wurde.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Spiralf\u00f6rmige Karrierewege<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Am Strategiemeeting in Schaffhausen stellte sich erneut das gesamte Management zur Wahl und erzielte gute Ergebnisse. Zwei F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte traten im Vorfeld der Wahlen freiwillig von ihrem Amt zur\u00fcck und verzichteten auf eine erneute Kandidatur. Beide zeigten sich \u00fcberzeugt, dass sie ihr Wissen und ihre Kompetenzen auf einer anderen Position zielf\u00fchrender einsetzen k\u00f6nnen. Zur\u00fcck im Team haben sie die M\u00f6glichkeit, ihre St\u00e4rken an geeigneter Stelle einzubringen und vom F\u00fchrungsverhalten ihrer Nachfolger zu lernen. Sie k\u00f6nnen sich bei der n\u00e4chsten Wahl erneut aufstellen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Hermann Arnold, Mitbegr\u00fcnder und Chairman, trat selbst von seinem Amt als CEO zur\u00fcck, um den Weg f\u00fcr Marc Stoffel frei zu machen. Er bekr\u00e4ftigt: \u201eSpiralf\u00f6rmige Karrierewege m\u00fcssen zu einem normalen Vorgang werden. So entsteht ein enormer Lerneffekt zwischen Team und F\u00fchrung: Nach der eigenen F\u00fchrungserfahrung zur\u00fcck im Team beobachtet man die neue F\u00fchrungskraft, die anders f\u00fchrt, zieht Vergleiche und lernt so aus der eigenen F\u00fchrungszeit und der seiner Kollegen.
