Der 42-j\u00e4hrige Jurist Mayer tritt sein Amt am 1. Mai 2016 an. Er folgt auf Franz Schnider, der das BFE nach rund f\u00fcnfeinhalb j\u00e4hriger T\u00e4tigkeit Ende Februar 2016 verlassen wird.<\/p>\n

Mayer verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber mehrj\u00e4hrige Erfahrung im kantonalen Verwaltungsumfeld sowie \u00fcber umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Bereich der Bewilligungsverfahren und der Rechtssetzung, wie das BFE schreibt.<\/p>\n

Zur BFE-Abteilung Recht, Wasserkraft und Entsorgung (RWE) geh\u00f6ren die Sektionen Energierecht und Allgemeines Recht, Energiemarktrecht, Kernenergierecht, Elektrizit\u00e4ts- Rohrleitungs- und Wasserrecht, Wasserkraft sowie die Sektion Entsorgung radioaktive Abf\u00e4lle.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
