(Bild: Unsplash.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Welche Kan\u00e4le bzw. Touchpoints werden in Unternehmen f\u00fcr die interne Kommunikation am meisten genutzt und als am relevantesten angesehen? Dies wollte der Perikom-Faktencheck, der gemeinsam mit Accelerom AG und der HWZ Hochschule f\u00fcr Wirtschaft Z\u00fcrich, durchgef\u00fchrt wurde, anhand einer Online-Befragung herausfinden. Zu diesem Zweck wurden im M\u00e4rz 2021 \u00fcber 900 Mitarbeitende in grossen Schweizer Unternehmen wie SBB, Lindt &amp; Spr\u00fcngli oder Clariant befragt. Die Erkenntnisse der Befragung sollen helfen, im Zuge der Digitalisierung und der zunehmenden Komplexit\u00e4t der Kommunikationskan\u00e4le die richtigen Schwerpunkte zu setzen, wenn es um die interne Kommunikation geht.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Intranet zentral f\u00fcr die Informationsbeschaffung<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Auf die Frage, welche Touchpoints die Mitarbeitenden benutzen, um sich zu informieren, liegt das Intranet vorne. Gleich dahinter fungiert das Gespr\u00e4ch mit dem direkten Vorgesetzten und den Kollegen. Ebenfalls als sehr wichtig werden Videobotschaften des CEOs angesehen \u2013 was vermutlich gerade in Zeiten von Corona einen bedeutenden Aufschwung erlebt hat. Fragt man jedoch, wo die Mitarbeitenden das erste Mal mit einem neuen Thema in Ber\u00fchrung kommen, liegt das Gespr\u00e4ch mit den Vorgesetzten an erster Stelle.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Bedeutung des Gespr\u00e4chs mit Vorgesetzten ist ungeschlagen<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Auffallend ist die zentrale Rolle des Gespr\u00e4chs mit den Vorgesetzten. Dieser Touchpoint erzielt gem\u00e4ss der Untersuchung in allen Phasen des Informationsprozess Spitzenwerte. So werden Gespr\u00e4che mit den Vorgesetzten \u2013 sei es in einer Teamsitzung oder in einem Einzelgespr\u00e4ch &#8211; als \u00e4usserst glaubw\u00fcrdig und relevant erlebt, wenn es um die Ver\u00e4nderung einer Meinung oder des Verhaltens geht.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_8671\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-8671\" style=\"width: 680px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.organisator.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Interne-Kommunikation-Am-haeufigsten-via-Intranet-und-direkt-2_Organisator.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8671 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.organisator.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Interne-Kommunikation-Am-haeufigsten-via-Intranet-und-direkt-2_Organisator.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"383\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-8671\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">(Grafik: Perikom)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2><strong>\u00c4ltere nutzen generell mehr Touchpoints als<\/strong> <strong>Junge<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Der Faktencheck hat auch erhoben, welchem Mitarbeitertyp die Befragten (Motivierte, Angepasste, Minimalisten und Desillusionierte) angeh\u00f6ren und ob sich hier gr\u00f6ssere Unterschiede festmachen lassen. Eine zentrale Erkenntnis war: Je extrovertierter eine Person ist, desto mehr Touchpoints benutzt sie.<\/p>\n<p>Eine grosse \u00dcberraschung der Untersuchung besteht darin, dass \u00e4ltere Mitarbeitende mehr den digitalen Kan\u00e4len zugewandt sind. Damit wird das Vorurteil widerlegt, dass jung gleich digital bedeutet. Diese Erkenntnis kann auch dahingehend interpretiert werden, dass j\u00fcngere Mitarbeitende sich generell weniger stark informieren, w\u00e4hrend die \u00e4lteren aufmerksamer betreffend neuer Informationen sind.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Relevanz f\u00fcr die Praxis im Unternehmensalltag<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Was bedeuten nun die Ergebnisse der Studie f\u00fcr die Praxis? Die Resultate wurden einer Gruppe von zehn Kommunikationsverantwortlichen zur Diskussion vorgelegt. Diese waren sich einig, dass die von den Kommunikationsverantwortlichen bewirtschafteten Touchpoints der Mitarbeitendenkommunikation (Intranet, Infoveranstaltung etc.) zwar Aufmerksamkeit f\u00fcr ein Thema erzeugen. F\u00fcr eine Verhaltens\u00e4nderung der Mitarbeitenden reicht dies jedoch nicht aus. Es braucht die Kommunikation von Vorgesetzten und Kolleginnen und Kollegen. Hier wird das gr\u00f6sste Potenzial der internen Kommunikation erkannt. Doch der Weg dahin scheint weit und schwierig, Konzepte daf\u00fcr sind in der Praxis selten und wie so oft fehlen die Ressourcen. Doch ohne den Einbezug der F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ftekommunikation und der Kommunikation in internen Netzwerken unter den Mitarbeitenden selbst, werden es die Kommunikationsverantwortlichen nicht schaffen, eine wirklich wertsch\u00f6pfende interne Kommunikation zu etablieren.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h2>Erkenntnisse f\u00fcr die richtige interne Kommunikation<\/h2>\n<\/blockquote>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<blockquote><p>Die internen Kommunikationskan\u00e4le wie Intranet, Mitarbeiterzeitung oder Newsletter generieren zwar viel Reichweite, haben aber eine eher tiefere Relevanz.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<blockquote><p>Das pers\u00f6nliche Gespr\u00e4ch, sei es mit Kollegen oder Vorgesetzten, ist zentral, wenn es um die Verankerung von Botschaften geht.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<blockquote><p>Entgegen der typischen Faustregel \u00abJe j\u00fcnger, desto digitaler\u00bb werden mit zunehmendem Alter mehr digitale Touchpoints genutzt.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<blockquote><p>Die Unterschiede zwischen den Blue Collar Worker und White Collar Worker sind eher marginal: \u00dcberraschend war, dass Blue Collar Worker \u00e4hnlich viele digitale Touchpoints nutzen wie White Collar Worker.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>Quelle: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.perikom.ch\">Perikom<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Welche Kan\u00e4le bzw.
