Der englische IT-Sicherheitsdienstleister Egress hat festgestellt, dass seit Anfang Februar die Phishing-Versuche mit gef\u00e4lschten LinkedIn-Logos sich mehr als verdoppelt haben. \u00dcber geschickt getarnte Nachrichten hinter h\u00e4ufigen Betreffzeilen wie \u201eSie wurden diese Woche in 9 Suchanfragen gefunden\u201c oder \u201eSie haben 1 neue Nachricht\u201c wollen Betr\u00fcger die ahnungslosen Nutzerinnen und Nutzer dazu bringen, ihre LinkedIn-Anmeldedaten auf betr\u00fcgerischen Websites einzugeben. Die Mails sind laut Egress t\u00e4uschend echt gestaltet: Nicht nur enthalten sie die Adresse des LinkedIn-Hauptsitzes, Links zum Abbestellen von Newslettern, sondern auch Links zum Support-Bereich oder gar Informationen des Empf\u00e4ngers.\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"clearfix text-formatted field field--name-body field--type-text-with-summary field--label-hidden field__item\">\r\n<div id=\"1886CDCC-092A-5DB6-9E88-962B6D46DDA3\" class=\"story story_body\">\r\n\r\nAus dem Bericht von SwissCybersecurity.net geht nicht hervor, ob und wie stark Schweizer Nutzerinnen und Nutzer des vor allem auf Business-Kontakte ausgerichteten sozialen Netzwerks bereits zur Zielscheibe solcher Phishing-Versuche geworden sind. Im Visier st\u00fcnden derzeit vor allem Unternehmen aus dem angels\u00e4chsischen Raum, also den USA und dem Vereinigten K\u00f6nigreich. Dennoch sei das Potenzial von LinkedIn f\u00fcr Cyberkriminelle insgesamt hoch: Das Business-Netzwerk z\u00e4hlt nach eigenen Angaben \u00fcber 810 Millionen Nutzerinnen und Nutzer weltweit. Im Ranking der \u201ebeliebtesten\u201c Marken f\u00fcr die Machenschaften von Cyberkriminellen rangiert LinkedIn inzwischen auf Rang 5. Besonders perfid: Gem\u00e4ss Egress w\u00fcrden herk\u00f6mmliche E-Mail-Sicherheitsmechanismen umgangen. Die Gefahr, als Nutzerin oder Nutzer Opfer einer Phishing-Kampagne zu werden, ist also real.
