Das hohe Tempo bei den Auftragseing\u00e4ngen und Ums\u00e4tzen habe sich bei den Unternehmen im vierten Quartal 2021 fortgesetzt, teilt der Branchenverband Swissmechanic nach der j\u00fcngsten Quartalsbefragung mit. Rund zwei Drittel der befragten Unternehmen verzeichneten im Vergleich zum Vorjahresquartal h\u00f6here Auftragseing\u00e4nge, 69 Prozent konnten ihre Ums\u00e4tze steigern, und die H\u00e4lfte der Betriebe erzielte bessere Margen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Exportzahlen best\u00e4tigen diesen positiven Trend, auch wenn die Spitzenwerte aus dem Sommer\u00adhalbjahr 2021 nicht erreicht wurden. Die Kapazit\u00e4tsauslastung ist hoch und liegt mit 94 Prozent \u00fcber dem Wert von vor der Corona-Krise. Der Aufschwung ist nach l\u00e4ngerer Durststrecke auch im Arbeits\u00admarkt angekommen; der Trend zum Personalaufbau h\u00e4lt gem\u00e4ss der Umfrage zu Jahresbeginn an.<\/p>\n<h2>Weiterhin gutes Gesch\u00e4ftsklima f\u00fcr 2022 erwartet<\/h2>\n<p>Der Swissmechanic-Gesch\u00e4ftsklima-Index lag im Januar 2022 das dritte Mal in Folge im positiven Bereich und hat einen neuen H\u00f6chststand erreicht. \u00abRund 80 Prozent der befragten KMU beurteilten das Gesch\u00e4ftsklima als positiv. Das sind mehr Betriebe als noch im Oktober 2021. Auf anhaltend hohem Niveau geblieben sind auch die Auftragsbest\u00e4nde\u00bb, sagt J\u00fcrg Marti, Direktor Swissmechanic Schweiz.<\/p>\n<p>Die angespannten Lieferketten seien aber nach wie vor ein Bremsklotz f\u00fcr die Dynamik und st\u00fcnden f\u00fcr 62 Prozent der Betriebe zuoberst auf der Liste der gr\u00f6ssten Herausforderungen, so die Einsch\u00e4tzung von Swissmechanic. Je nach Pandemie\u00adverlauf k\u00f6nnte sich das Problem aufgrund der Zero-Covid-Politik von China vor\u00fcbergehend sogar nochmals versch\u00e4rfen. Zunehmend Kopfschmerzen bereiten w\u00fcrden den KMU neben der Lieferketten\u00adproblematik auch der Arbeitskr\u00e4ftemangel und die Wechselkursentwicklung.<\/p>\n<h2>F\u00fcr eine sichere und klimaneutrale Energieversorgung der Schweiz<\/h2>\n<p>Trotz Lieferkettenproblemen, Fachkr\u00e4ftemangel und starkem Schweizerfranken blickt die MEM-Branche zuversichtlich in die Zukunft. Aber wie lange noch? Aus Sicht von Swissmechanic Schweiz gef\u00e4hrdet die sich abzeichnende Strommangellage die Versorgungssicherheit in der Schweiz. Eine bedarfsgerechte und zuverl\u00e4ssige Stromversorgung zu jeder Jahreszeit und zu konkurrenzf\u00e4higen Preisen sei jedoch ein zentraler Wettbewerbsfaktor f\u00fcr den Werkplatz Schweiz. Die bereits jetzt stark steigenden Strompreise w\u00fcrden die gesamte Produktions- und Lieferkette belasten und die Inflation nach oben treiben, bef\u00fcrchtet der Branchenverband.<\/p>\n<p>Falsch w\u00e4re deshalb das Abstellen auf Importstrom: \u00abWir brauchen Produktionskapazit\u00e4ten im Inland. Gas\u00adkraftwerke sind aber nicht mit dem Klimaschutz zu vereinbaren; wir brauchen Alternativen\u00bb, schreibt Swissmechanic per Medienmitteilung. Deshalb fordert der Verband eine technologieoffene Energiepolitik, die sich auch der Kernkraft nicht verschliesst und die Voraussetzungen schafft, Kernkraftwerke der neuen Generation zuzulassen.<\/p>\n<p>In der ganzen Klima- und Energiediskussion sei die MEM-Industrie ein wichtiger Teil der L\u00f6sung, heisst es weiter. Um diese Schl\u00fcsselrolle wahrzunehmen, ben\u00f6tige sie ein der Forschung, Entwicklung und Innovation f\u00f6rderliches wirtschaftspolitisches Umfeld.
