F\u00fcr ein Innovationsprojekt im Zusammenhang mit Predictive Maintenance in der Schweizer Armee setzt Ruag auf das KMU CSA Engineering. (Bild: Unsplash.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\r\nIm Rahmen des Innovation-Accelerator-Programms von Ruag ist CSA Engineering eines von f\u00fcnf Start-ups und Kleinunternehmen, welche den Technologiekonzern bei einem Innovationsprojekt innerhalb der Initiative \u00abDigitalisierung der Armee\u00bb als Partner unterst\u00fctzen. Bei dem aktuellen Innovationsprojekt konnte die Machbarkeit der Datenaggregation mittels systemunabh\u00e4ngiger, gesicherter Sensoren f\u00fcr vorausschauende Wartung (\u00abPredictive Maintenance\u00bb) auf dem Sch\u00fctzenpanzer 2000 nachgewiesen werden. In einem n\u00e4chsten Schritt des Projekts soll das Konzept validiert und der Fokus insbesondere auf die Auswertung der Daten mittels KI-Algorithmen gelegt werden.\r\n

Datenbasierte Wartungskonzepte<\/h2>\r\nModerne Wartungskonzepte erkennen basierend auf Sensordaten und digitaler Analytik optimierte Wartungszeitpunkte. Dazu sind aussagekr\u00e4ftige Daten zum Systemzustand und zur Systemnutzung Voraussetzung. Diese Daten werden mit einem Sensormodul aggregiert und f\u00fcr die weitere Auswertung gesichert weitergeleitet. Mit einer optimierten, planbaren Wartung ergibt sich eine erh\u00f6hte Systemverf\u00fcgbarkeit. Diese kann mittels analytikbasierten Wartungsans\u00e4tzen unter Einsatz\r\nstatistischer Methoden oder KI optimiert werden. CSA Engineering hat dazu ein neues Modul entwickelt, mit welchem mit ausgesuchten Sensoren aussagekr\u00e4ftige Daten erhoben, zwischengespeichert und an vordefinierten Positionen \u00fcber eine Drahtlosverbindung sicher ausgelesen werden k\u00f6nnen.\r\n
