Der Schweizer Luftraum wird am Internationalen Frauentag f\u00fcr einmal \u00fcberwiegend von Flugverkehrsleiterinnen gef\u00fchrt. Das bedeutet: Pilotinnen und Piloten, die am Dienstag, 8. M\u00e4rz 2022, an einem der 14 Flugh\u00e4fen beziehungsweise Flugpl\u00e4tze in der Schweiz landen und starten, werden gr\u00f6sstenteils von weiblichen Stimmen geleitet. Denn am Internationalen Frauentag arbeiten in der Luftraum-\u00dcberwachung, in den Towers der internationalen Flugh\u00e4fen Z\u00fcrich und Genf sowie in den Kontrollt\u00fcrmen der regionalen Flugpl\u00e4tze mehrheitlich Frauen. So sind am Weltfrauentag vom 8. M\u00e4rz 2022 \u00fcber den ganzen Tag 50 Fluglotsinnen im Einsatz.<\/p>\n

Wachsender Frauenanteil bei Skyguide<\/h2>\n

Zum Weltfrauentag zeigt Skyguide also, dass auch in „m\u00e4nnlichen“ Branchen wie der Aviatik der weibliche Mitarbeitende eine immer wichtigere Rolle spielen. Der Frauenanteil bei Skyguide ist denn auch in den letzten Jahren kontinuierlich gestiegen. So ist aktuell fast jede vierte Stelle von einer weiblichen Person besetzt. Ausserdem geh\u00f6ren der Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung zwei und dem Verwaltungsrat drei Frauen an. Diese Zahlen zeigen, dass Chancengleichheit bei Skyguide gelebt, gef\u00f6rdert und gesteigert wird, beispielsweise mit Teilzeitarbeit, Home-Office oder Job-Sharing.<\/p>\n

Zum Weltfrauentag 2022 ein Zeichen setzen<\/h2>\n

„Wir stellen fest, dass Diskussionen in gemischten Teams dynamischer und ausgewogener sind. Dadurch entstehen abgestimmtere Diskussionen und diese f\u00fchren schliesslich zu besseren Entscheidungen. Je gr\u00f6sser die Vielfalt, desto h\u00f6her ist die Erfolgschancen eines Unternehmens“, sagt Alex Bristol, CEO von Skyguide. Das Flugsicherungsunternehmen, das dieses Jahr sein 100-j\u00e4hriges Bestehen feiert f\u00f6rdert seit knapp zehn Jahren die Diversity. Diese bildet inzwischen einen wichtigen Bestandteil der Unternehmensstrategie, wie das Unternehmen mitteilt.<\/p>\n
