(Bild: Pixabay.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Die <a href=\"https:\/\/human-capital-academy.com\/de\">Human Capital Academy<\/a> f\u00fchrt zusammen mit dem HR Bench Institute zum dritten Mal den Swiss HR Benchmark durch. Mit im Boot sind die HR-Fachgesellschaften Bern, Basel, Z\u00fcrich, Waadt, Genf, Wallis und der Verband Personal- und Ausbildungsfachleute VPA. Die Hochschule Waadt und die Ostschweizer Fachhochschule unterst\u00fctzen und begleiten das Projekt ebenfalls.\u00a0 Bei der letzten Umfrage haben schweizweit 698 Unternehmen, die insgesamt 1.2 Mio. Mitarbeitende besch\u00e4ftigen, teilgenommen. Das Feedback der Teilnehmenden war sehr positiv. So sagten 82% aus, die Umfrage sei f\u00fcr sie wichtig bzw. sehr wichtig gewesen. Mehr als die H\u00e4lfte w\u00fcnschten eine Durchf\u00fchrung j\u00e4hrlich oder alle 2 Jahre und 85% fanden den Inhalt der Surveys richtig.<\/p>\n<h3>Swiss HR Benchmark: repr\u00e4sentativer Einblick in die HR-Landschaft<\/h3>\n<p>F\u00fcr die aktuelle Umfrage startete die Datenerhebung am 1. M\u00e4rz 2022. Bis zum 31. M\u00e4rz kann immer noch teilgenommen werden. Die Umfrage richtet sich an HR-Manager, Personalleiter\/innen, CEOs und CFOs. Die Teilnehmenden tragen dazu bei, repr\u00e4sentative Kennzahlen und Erkenntnisse zum t\u00e4glichen Wirken und Tun in der HR-Landschaft f\u00fcr die gesamte Schweiz zu ermitteln. Die Ergebnisberichte sind f\u00fcr Sommer 2022 vorgesehen. Sie sind dynamisch und lassen sich nach Branche, Region oder Unternehmensgr\u00f6sse unterteilen. Zudem erhalten die Teilnehmenden exklusiv die vollst\u00e4ndige detaillierte Auswertung der Studie und werden zu einem Event im Sommer mit Pr\u00e4sentation und Diskussion der Ergebnisse eingeladen. Dieser Event wird jeweils von den HR Fachgesellschaften organisiert (BGP, HR Bern, ZGP).<\/p>\n<h3>Zeitaufwand: ca. 30 Minuten<\/h3>\n<p>Die Umfrage besteht aus einem allgemeinen Teil mit 16 HR-Themen (Multiple Choice, Dauer ca. 10-15 Minuten) und HR-Indikatoren wie z.B. Personalbestand, Fluktuationsraten, Abwesenheit oder Telearbeit (ca. 10-15 Minuten). Das HR Bench Institute und die Human Capital Academy, die f\u00fcr die Datenerhebung zust\u00e4ndig sind, garantieren eine 100% vertrauliche Behandlung s\u00e4mtlicher Daten. Die gesammelten Informationen werden aggregiert und sind ausschliesslich f\u00fcr statistische Studien bestimmt.
