(Bild: Pixabay.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\r\nDer CSS ist eine qualitativ hochstehende und kosteneffiziente Gesundheitsversorgung ein wichtiges Anliegen, wie sie selbst betont. Deshalb investiert der gr\u00f6sste Schweizer Grundversicherer seit eineinhalb Jahren in digitale Start-ups. Die CSS hat sich mittlerweile an vier Unternehmen beteiligt und investiert nun neuestens auch in Heartbeat Medical. Dieses Start-up betreibt eine Plattform, die automatisierte Patientenbefragungen mit klinischen Daten verkn\u00fcpft. Therapieerfolge werden damit messbar und die Lebensqualit\u00e4t der Patientinnen und Patienten r\u00fcckt in den Fokus der Entscheidungsfindung und Behandlung. Mit anderen Worten: Es geht um eine st\u00e4rker patientenorientierte Versorgung.\r\n<h2><strong>Daten als Entscheidungsgrundlage<\/strong><\/h2>\r\nDie patientenzentrierten Befragungen von Heartbeat Medical beruhen auf der Systematik der so genannten \u201ePatient-Reported Outcome Measures\u201c (PROMs). PROMs messen, wie eine Patientin oder ein Patient den eigenen Gesundheitszustand einsch\u00e4tzt und zeigen zugleich die Wirkung einer Behandlung auf. Mittels standardisierter Frageb\u00f6gen werden vor und nach einem Eingriff Angaben zu Lebensqualit\u00e4t, Symptomen oder Behandlungseffekten digital erfasst. Medizinische Fachpersonen dokumentieren zus\u00e4tzliche Informationen aus der Anamnese und erg\u00e4nzen sie mit weiteren klinischen Daten. Damit wird der von Patienten wahrgenommene Gesundheitszustand w\u00e4hrend oder nach einer Behandlung vergleich- und messbar. Auf dieser datenbasierten Grundlage definieren die medizinischen Fachpersonen anschliessend gemeinsam mit den Patienten den weiteren Behandlungspfad. Bereits \u00fcber 30 Schweizer Spit\u00e4ler \u2013 unter anderem das Inselspital Bern \u2013 setzen auf die als Medizinprodukt registrierte Plattform von Heartbeat Medical.\r\n<h2><strong>Qualit\u00e4tsorientierte Verg\u00fctung und patientenorientierte Versorgung im Gleichschritt<\/strong><\/h2>\r\nDer datenbasierte Behandlungspfad sorgt nicht nur f\u00fcr messbare Ergebnisse und mehr Lebensqualit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Patientinnen und Patienten. Die verbesserte Versorgungsqualit\u00e4t kann sich auch d\u00e4mpfend auf die Gesundheitskosten auswirken. Die CSS will zudem die Qualit\u00e4t mehr ins Zentrum der Behandlung stellen und Anreize f\u00fcr deren Verg\u00fctung schaffen. Mit verschiedenen Initiativen arbeitet der gr\u00f6sste Grundversicherer auf das Ziel qualitativer Verg\u00fctungssysteme hin. Hierzu z\u00e4hlen nebst den PROMs auch der Ansatz der Werte orientierten Gesundheitsversorgung (Value Based Health Care) oder das Pilotprojekt \u201ePatient Empowerment Initiative\u201c: Die CSS, SWICA, PwC, das Universit\u00e4tsspital Basel und Kantonsspital Winterthur entwickeln ein Tarifsystem, das auf der Behandlungsqualit\u00e4t und dem Patientennutzen basiert.
