Er wird direkt an den CEO, Markus Naegeli<\/a>, berichten und in seiner neuen Funktion ebenfalls als Mitglied der Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung der Canon (Schweiz) AG agieren. Seine Verantwortung umfasst alle Service- und Supportfunktionen f\u00fcr das B2B Gesch\u00e4ft mit einer eigenen, schweizweiten Serviceorganisation. Die Service & Support Organisation der Canon (Schweiz) AG stellt einen 24\/7-Betrieb der Druckinfrastruktur und Services aller Gesch\u00e4ftskunden, Druckdienstleister und ausgew\u00e4hlter Partner sicher.<\/p>\n

Sein Fokus als neuer Service Director wird auf der Entwicklung weiterer Serviceinnovationen liegen. Bereits mit Einf\u00fchrung der ersten echten Flatrate f\u00fcr Gesch\u00e4ftskundinnen und Gesch\u00e4ftskunden in der Schweiz hat Canon nach eigener Darstellung f\u00fcr eine grundlegende Vereinfachung der bisher seiten- und formatgetriebenen Service- und Abrechnungsmodelle gesorgt. Ein umfassendes, lokales Recyclingprogramm und Remote-Management Services sind weitere Meilensteine f\u00fcr nachhaltige Servicedienstleistungen von Canon. Marc-Daniel Loretz \u00fcbernimmt die Position im Rahmen einer geregelten Nachfolge von Andreas Schneider, welcher in die Position des Workspace Service Director bei Canon Europe bef\u00f6rdert wurde.<\/p>\n

Marc-Daniel Loretz ist vor etwas mehr als einem Jahr zum Senior Management von Canon (Schweiz) AG gestossen. Er hatte dabei verschiedene Rollen als lokaler Service Manager verantwortet.
