Bei Holzasche und Filterstaub konnten beispielsweise die in der VVEA neu festgelegten Grenzwerte nicht mehr eingehalten werden, weshalb nach neuen Verfahren bei der Abfallbehandlung gesucht werden musste. Die Problematiken und L\u00f6sungsans\u00e4tze zu diesen Entsorgungskonflikten werden von Dr. Urs Rhyner n\u00e4her erl\u00e4utert.<\/p>\n<p>Benny Irniger von EcoServe International AG m\u00f6chte mit seinem Referat m\u00f6gliche Stolpersteine im Zusammenhang mit der VeVA (Verordnung \u00fcber den Verkehr mit Abf\u00e4llen) aus dem Weg schaffen. Auf was ist beim Erstellen von Begleitscheinen insbesondere zu achten, damit der Transport gesetzeskonform durchgef\u00fchrt werden kann und welche Ausnahmen der Begleitscheinpflicht k\u00f6nnen in der Praxis angewendet werden? Welche Hilfsmittel gibt es f\u00fcr die richtige Zuordnung von Abfallcodes und wie sind Abfallgebinde korrekt zu kennzeichnen?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Umweltkriminalit\u00e4t <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ein brisantes Thema wird von Frau Martina Rivola vorgestellt. Ihr Referat \u00abUmweltkriminalit\u00e4t &#8211; Schwerpunkt Abfall\u00bb entf\u00fchrt die Teilnehmer vom Sonderabfalltag in die Polizeiarbeit. Erfahren sie wie die strafrechtliche Ermittlung im Bereich Abfalldelikte (z.B. illegale Praktiken bei der Abfallentsorgung) abl\u00e4uft und wo die Zusammenarbeit mit den Beh\u00f6rden bei Umweltdelikten notwendig ist.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sonderm\u00fcllverbrennung <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Herr Martin Droste von Valorec Services AG erl\u00e4utert in seinem Referat warum es die Regionale Sonderm\u00fcllverbrennungsanlagen (RSMVA) in der Schweiz beziehungsweise in Basel braucht. Martin Droste gibt ein Einblick in die Technologie der Abfallverbrennung, welche Einschr\u00e4nkungen gelten, vor welchen Herausforderungen die Schweizer Sonderm\u00fcllverbrennung steht, welche Chancen f\u00fcr die RSMVA bestehen und weitere interessante Details.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abfall- und Chemikalienrecht <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Standen Sie nicht auch schon mal vor der Herausforderung, Ihren Sonderm\u00fcll abfall- und auch chemikalienrechtlich korrekt einzustufen? Damit dies k\u00fcnftig leichter f\u00e4llt, kann das Referat von Herr Matthias Mettke von Swiss Safety Center AG, weiterhelfen. Er referiert \u00fcber die Schnittstellen im Abfall- und Chemikalienrecht und erl\u00e4utert welche Verbindungen zwischen den beiden Rechtsgebieten in der Praxis beachtet werden m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n<p>Nicht minder aktuell ist der Beitrag von Andreas Heller, SafeRec AG, \u00fcber die Herausforderung im Zusammenhang mit dem Recyceln von Elektro- und Elektronikger\u00e4ten. Die Ger\u00e4te ver\u00e4ndern sich, werden kleiner und immer weniger Wertstoff ist darin verbaut.
