Link Jahresbericht<\/a><\/p>\n

Eine \u00abmoderne Energiezukunft\u00bb hat begonnen: 2017 war f\u00fcr\u00a0 die Klimastiftung Schweiz<\/a> ein wichtiges Jahr. Sie konnte 139 Projekte unterstu\u0308tzen\u00a0\u2013\u00a080 Prozent mehr als im Vorjahr. Zudem wurden auf der Ebene der nationalen Politik wichtige Weichen fu\u0308r den Klimaschutz gestellt mit der Abstimmung zur Energiestrategie 2050. \u00abFu\u0308r uns war es ein sehr motivierendes Jahr\u00bb, sagt Stiftungspra\u0308sidentin Gabriele Burn. Die Klimastiftung Schweiz fo\u0308rdert seit ihrer Gru\u0308ndung im Jahr 2008 sowohl Unternehmen, die im eigenen Betrieb Energie sparen, als auch solche, die neue Produkte entwickeln, die dem Klimaschutz nu\u0308tzen. Ebenfalls gefo\u0308rdert werden KMU, die mit dem Bund eine freiwillige Zielvereinbarung zum Energiesparen eingehen. Knapp 200 waren es im letzten Jahr, ein Drittel mehr als im Vorjahr.<\/p>\n

Klimaschutz im Wald<\/strong><\/p>\n

Zulegen konnte die Stiftung nicht nur bei ihren bewa\u0308hrten drei Fo\u0308rderprogrammen. Auch ein neues, viertes Fo\u0308rderprogramm ist erfolgreich gestartet. Seit Mitte 2017 unterstu\u0308tzt die Klimastiftung Schweiz die Verju\u0308ngung von Wald, der nicht wirtschaftlich zu pflegen ist. Dies ist insbesondere an steilen und unzuga\u0308nglichen Ha\u0308ngen der Fall. Gefo\u0308rdert werden organisierte Waldbesitzer wie Bu\u0308rgergemeinden oder Korporationen. \u00ab2017 konnte die Stiftung 31 Einsa\u0308tze in Wa\u0308ldern unterstu\u0308tzen und damit verhindern, dass diese u\u0308beraltern und zu CO2-Quellen werden\u00bb, schreiben Gescha\u0308ftsfu\u0308hrer Vincent Eckert und Pra\u0308sidentin Gabriele Burn im Editorial des Jahresberichts.<\/p>\n

Erfolgreiches Modell mit offener Zukunft<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fu\u0308r die kommenden drei Jahre ist die Klimastiftung Schweiz gut aufgestellt. Sie hat finanzielle Reserven, etablierte Fo\u0308rdermechanismen und ein gutes Netzwerk. Wie die Zukunft der Stiftung aussieht, ist indessen noch nicht gekla\u0308rt. Das Modell der Klimastiftung Schweiz ist mit der CO2-Lenkungsabgabe verknu\u0308pft: Dienstleistungsfirmen, die durch die Abgabe hohe Ru\u0308ckvergu\u0308tungen erhalten, spenden einen Teil davon freiwillig der Stiftung. Die Diskussion u\u0308ber das weitere Wirken der Stiftung ist deshalb unter anderem abha\u0308ngig von der zuku\u0308nftigen Ausgestaltung des CO2-Gesetzes. (Quelle: Klimastiftung)<\/p>\n
