Statt einer Speisekarte gibt es ein t\u00e4glich wechselndes 5-Gang Menu nach alten Rezepten und mit frischen Zutaten. Damit sollen Geniesser:innen angesprochen werden, die sich gern Zeit nehmen f\u00fcr ein ausgedehntes, echt italienisches Essen in gem\u00fctlichem Ambiente.<\/p>\r\n<p>Der neue Film kommt als Einstieg auf die Website und soll den Betrieb und insbesondere das spezielle Restaurantkonzept vorstellen \u2013 f\u00fcr G\u00e4ste, die das Haus noch nicht kennen. Zudem setzt das Hotel Mamma auf verschiedene kurze und themenbezogene Videos auf Facebook und Instagram.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00abDen 2016 gedrehten Film haben wir bereits erfolgreich als Einstieg auf unserer Website eingesetzt. Er vermittelte emotional, was der Gast bei uns erwarten darf\u00bb, meint Inhaber Charles Brun. \u00abDas wollten wir toppen \u2013 durch eine frische Videoproduktion \u2013 die noch aussagekr\u00e4ftiger ist und unser einmaliges Konzept erkl\u00e4rt. Wie schon beim ersten Filmdreh kontaktierten wir Motionfood in Z\u00fcrch-Schlieren. Schnell und unkompliziert entstand das neue Video f\u00fcr Website und Social Media.
