Rund 65 Prozent des weltweit geernteten Weizens werden auf den M\u00fchlen des Schweizer Unternehmens zu Mehl verarbeitet. Das 1860 gegr\u00fcndete Familienunternehmen mit rund 12800 Mitarbeitenden ist heute ein global agierender Hidden Champion \u2013 vor allem auch beim Thema Digitalisierung.<\/p>\r\n

Zentrale Plattform f\u00fcr 135 L\u00e4nder<\/h3>\r\n

Im privaten Umfeld ist E-Commerce ein t\u00e4glicher Begleiter. Dieser Trend ist auch in der Industrie immer mehr erkennbar. Ziel des Technologieunternehmens B\u00fchler war es, den Kunden einen optimalen Service zu ihren individuell gefertigten Maschinen zu bieten \u2013 einen Service, den sie so auch aus dem privaten Umfeld kennen. Das heisst: Eine zentrale Plattform f\u00fcr alle Kunden, die sich informieren, etwas bestellen oder reklamieren m\u00f6chten. \u00a0Was einfach klingt, ist bei einem in 135 L\u00e4ndern der Welt agierenden Unternehmen wie der B\u00fchler Group eine Mammutaufgabe. Riesige Datenmengen, unterschiedliche Systeme, intransparente Prozesse: Das waren die Grundlagen.<\/p>\r\n

B\u00fchler Group setzt auf deutschen Dienstleister<\/h3>\r\n

Mit dem Aufbau der neuen Plattform hat die B\u00fchler Group das Unternehmen Sybit GmbH mit Sitz in Radolfzell betraut. Dieses langj\u00e4hrige SAP-Beratungshaus bietet nach eigenen Angaben\u00a0ganzheitliche Prozessberatung von der Analyse und Strategieplanung, \u00fcber Design und Implementierung bis hin zu umfassenden Application Management Services auf Basis der SAP Customer Experience Solutions. Und es arbeitet schnell: Denn sechs Monate sp\u00e4ter stand der erste Basis-Shop, das zu dem Full-Blown-Portal myB\u00fchler mit aktuell 13 000 Usern in 135 L\u00e4ndern wuchs. Kunden haben dort direkten und unkomplizierten Zugang zu Informationen und Dokumenten \u00fcber Maschinen, Teile und den Status von Offerten und Bestellungen. \u201eHinter dem Kundenportal liegt eine enorme Datenmenge, mit deren unterschiedlicher Darstellung das System aber sehr gut zurechtkommt\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt Markus Keh, Projektleiter bei der Sybit GmbH. Auf Basis von SAP Commerce Cloud implementierte die Sybit den Product Cube: Ein Produkt-Information-System, das die Verwaltung strukturierter wie auch unstrukturierter Produktdaten erm\u00f6glicht. Somit k\u00f6nnen die Produktdaten problemlos mit Multimedia-Inhalten versehen werden. Durch die hohe Performanz k\u00f6nnen auch gro\u00dfe Datenmengen schnell importiert werden.<\/p>\r\n

Global Incident Management als weiterer Schritt<\/h3>\r\n

\u201eMit der Entscheidung f\u00fcr Sybit als Beratungs- und Implementierungspartner sind wir mehr als zufrieden. Dank der vertrauensvollen Zusammenarbeit und der schrittweisen, flexiblen Umsetzung war die Realisierung des Projekts product cube ein voller Erfolg\u201c, bilanziert Nataly H\u00fceblin,Senior Information System Engineer bei der B\u00fchler AG.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

User k\u00f6nnen \u00fcber das Kundenportal auch Serviceleistungen und Ersatzteile bestellen. Auf Basis der SAP Service Cloud baute B\u00fchler zudem ein Global Incident Management, das einen globalen Standard f\u00fcr die Bearbeitung eingehender Kundenvorf\u00e4lle und Serviceanfragen schafft. Servicebezogene Kundenkommunikation findet nun an einem zentralen Ort statt \u2013 unabh\u00e4ngig davon, ob der Kunde sich mit einer E-Mail oder \u00fcber das Portal meldete oder das Ticket manuell angelegt wurde.<\/p>\r\n
