Das Unternehmen ALAN Software AG war seit 2012 Teil der FIVE-Gruppe<\/a> aus Sch\u00f6nb\u00fchl BE, welche seit 1988 IT- und Softwarel\u00f6sungen anbietet, integriert und entwickelt. Am 1. September 2022 hat die Zehnder Investment AG aus D\u00fcbendorf ZH dieses Softwareunternehmen mit \u00fcber 150 Kunden in sein Portfolio aufgenommen und alle Aktien der ALAN Software AG erworben. \u00abVor 10 Jahren haben wir die ALAN Software AG unter das Dach von FIVE genommen. Das FIVE Management hat sich bei ALAN finanziell und entwicklungstechnisch engagiert und der ERP-L\u00f6sung eine neue Perspektive gegeben.\u00bb, erz\u00e4hlt Ulrich Tschanz, CEO und Verwaltungsratsmitglied der FIVE Gruppe. \u00abALAN hat sich seitdem erfolgreich im Markt weiterentwickelt und behauptet.\u00bb<\/p>\n

Mit der Zehnder Investment AG wurde nach eigener Darstellung ein Partner gefunden, welcher die Kanzleisoftware ALAN technologisch und funktionell verbessern werde. Der Besitzerwechsel an sich wird f\u00fcr die ALAN-Kunden im Support qualitativ nicht zu sp\u00fcren sein, teilen die beteiligten Unternehmen mit. Auch der Erhalt des technischen und branchenspezifischen Wissens sei garantiert, da Udo Schneider ALAN weiterhin in seiner Funktion als Produktmanager und Projektleiter erhalten bleibt. \u00abDas oberste Ziel ist und bleibt, die Kundenzufriedenheit hoch zu halten und die Zukunftssicherheit weiterhin zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.\u00bb, erkl\u00e4ren Michael Zehnder, Inhaber der Zehnder Investment AG und Sebastian Hurter, neuer CEO der ALAN Software AG. \u00abWir freuen uns, konnten wir ALAN f\u00fcr uns gewinnen und sch\u00e4tzen die bisher geleistete Arbeit der FIVE sowie die langj\u00e4hrige Kundentreue der Kanzleien.
