(Bild: iStock)<\/figcaption>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n<p>Seine Meinung teilen, heikle Fragen stellen, Fehler eingestehen, Kritik anbringen oder einen ungew\u00f6hnlichen Vorschlag machen \u2013 all das birgt f\u00fcr die sich \u00e4ussernde Person ein gewisses Risiko, auch am Arbeitsplatz. Gerade da ist es f\u00fcr die Innovation und das Weiterkommen aber zentral, dass die Mitarbeitenden sich trauen, sich zu \u00e4ussern. Ohne Angst davor, ausgelacht oder bestraft zu werden. Hier kommt die psychologische Sicherheit ins Spiel. Psychologische Sicherheit besteht dann, wenn die Teammitglieder das Team als ein sicheres Umfeld wahrnehmen, in dem sie Risiken eingehen k\u00f6nnen. Damit Teams ihre psychologische Sicherheit gezielt weiterentwickeln k\u00f6nnen, haben Forschende des Institute for Data Application and Security IDAS der Berner Fachhochschule BFH in Zusammenarbeit mit der Z\u00fcrcher Hochschule f\u00fcr Angewandte Wissenschaften ZHAW ein Trainingsprogramm entwickelt und getestet. Dieses steht nun der \u00d6ffentlichkeit zur Verf\u00fcgung.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>15 Minuten die psychologische Sicherheit trainieren<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Bei der Entwicklung des Programms st\u00fctzten sich die Forschenden auf Erkenntnisse aus der Grundlagenforschung sowie auf weitere, eigene Untersuchungen. Sie kreierten eine Serie von Kurz\u00fcbungen und liessen diese von insgesamt 50 Teams mit je 4 bis 22 Mitgliedern testen. Beteiligt haben sich unter anderem Teams aus Unternehmen wie der Swisscom, der SBB oder der Digitec Galaxus AG. W\u00e4hrend sechs Monaten erhielten die Teilnehmenden jeden Montag eine E-Mail mit Instruktionen f\u00fcr eine \u00dcbung sowie kurzen Fragen zur \u00dcbung der vorangegangenen Woche. Jede \u00dcbung beanspruchte rund 15 Minuten und konnte in eine von drei Kategorien eingeteilt werden: Skills-\u00dcbungen, bei denen eine neue Verhaltensweise ausprobiert wird, Reflexions-\u00dcbungen, bei denen die Team-Mitglieder \u00fcber einen konkreten Aspekt nachdenken sollen, und Team-\u00dcbungen, bei denen im Team etwas Neues erarbeitet wird oder neue Verhaltensweisen ausprobiert werden.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Bessere Performance und mehr Innovationskraft<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Um die Effekte der \u00dcbungen nachweisen zu k\u00f6nnen, f\u00fchrten die Forschenden alle zwei Monate Online-Befragungen durch. F\u00fcr den Vergleich sowie um betriebliche Umgebungsfaktoren identifizieren und ausschliessen zu k\u00f6nnen, nahm zus\u00e4tzlich eine Kontrollgruppe an den Versuchen teil, bestehend aus 12 weiteren Teams der beteiligten Unternehmen. Diese Teams absolvierten keine \u00dcbungen, sondern f\u00fcllten nur Fragebogen zur Teamentwicklung aus. Die Wirkung des Trainings auf die psychologische Sicherheit, die Performance und die Innovationskraft der Teams konnte anhand der Befragungen nachgewiesen werden.
