Die Corona-Pandemie hat die Arbeitswelten innert kurzer Zeit auf den Kopf gestellt. Was fr\u00fcher undenkbar war, ist heute selbstverst\u00e4ndlich. Ein Teil der Arbeitnehmenden bleibt zuhause, das Homeoffice erhielt eine v\u00f6llig neue Dimension. Wie nachhaltig ist der rasant angestossene Wandel? Und was davon muss man als New Work Bullshit abtun? 230 Teilnehmende erhielten am Ostschweizer Personaltag vom 15. September 2022 Gedankenanst\u00f6sse zu diesen Fragen. Der Ostschweizer Personaltag ist eine der bedeutendsten Personalfachtagungen in der Ostschweiz. Ziel ist es, Personalfachleute, HR-Spezialisten und Personalverantwortliche sowie F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte von KMU zusammen zu bringen und aktuelle Fragen zu thematisieren.<\/p>\n

HR in die Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Stefan Camenzind, Partner und CEO der Evolution Design in Z\u00fcrich, ging den Ver\u00e4nderungen des Arbeitsumfelds als Folge der Pandemie nach. Das Homeoffice hat sich gem\u00e4ss seinen Untersuchungen gut etabliert, der Einzelne als auch das Team profitieren davon. \u00abJedoch leidet der Teamspirit darunter\u00bb, so Camenzind. Aus seiner Sicht ist es wichtig, dass Human Resources in der Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung vertreten ist. Die Z\u00fcrcher Medienwissenschafterin, Dozentin und Autorin Sarah Genner sagte: \u00abDas Smartphone macht uns zu Cyborgs. Es funktioniert fast wie ein neues Sinnesorgan\u00bb. Trotz \u00abdigitalem Sand\u00bb braucht es gen\u00fcgend Zeit f\u00fcr das normale Leben in einer Zeit, in welcher die Technologie nahe an den Menschen heranger\u00fcckt ist.<\/p>\n

Elke Thamm, Global Head of Personel Development beim Technologieunternehmen B\u00fchler zeigte auf, dass sie als Unternehmen vom Virus nicht nur \u00fcberrascht wurden, sich in der Umsetzung auf neue Arbeitsformen gleich auch selbst \u00fcberrascht h\u00e4tten. Der zwischenmenschliche Austausch d\u00fcrfe trotz digitalem Fortschritt nicht vernachl\u00e4ssigt werden.<\/p>\n

Viel „New Work Bullshit“<\/h3>\n

Pointierte Botschaften zur neuen Arbeitswelt lieferte auch Carlos Frischmuth, Managing Director der internationalen Personalberatung Hays. Der Autor des Buches \u00abNew Work Bullshit\u00bb ist der \u00dcberzeugung, dass Transformation bei der richtigen Einstellung und Neugier voraussehbar und keine \u00dcberraschung ist. Dabei zerpfl\u00fcckte er nicht wenige Ausw\u00fcchse, welche der Hype um New Work mit sich bringt: Etwa sei der Wunsch, selbst\u00e4ndiger arbeiten zu wollen, l\u00e4ngst nicht bei allen Arbeitnehmenden vorhanden. Und auch agile Methoden seien so neu nicht: Vielfach handle es einfach um eine „Agilisierung“ des guten alten Wasserfall-Modells, so Frischmuth. Was heute aber immer mehr z\u00e4hlt, seien F\u00fchrung, Kultur und Kommunikation. Und vor allem letzteres betrachtet er als eine Schl\u00fcsselaufgabe.<\/p>\n
