Das l\u00e4sst sich auch an der erneut gro\u00dfen Zahl hochkar\u00e4tiger Sprecher und Experten ablesen, die ihre Zusage f\u00fcr Europas gr\u00f6sstes Branchentreffen gegeben haben\u201c, sagt Marcus Sultzer, Mitglied des Vorstands der EQS Group, einem Anbieter von Software und Dienstleistungen im Bereich der Regulatorischen Technologie. Die ECEC 2022 findet am 11. und 12. Oktober statt.<\/p>\r\n<h3>ECEC 2022 mit spannenden Referaten<\/h3>\r\n<p>So sei es auch in diesem Jahr nicht schwer gewesen, ein abwechslungsreiches Programm mit 70 Speakern f\u00fcr die beiden Konferenztage zusammenzustellen, wie die Organisatoren mitteilen. Spannend wie ein Thriller ist etwa die Geschichte von Xavier Andr\u00e9 Justo, der einen der gr\u00f6ssten Finanzskandale der Welt aufdeckte. Dank der Informationen, die der Schweizer an eine Zeitung gab, kam heraus, dass der malaysische Staatsfonds 1MDB regelrecht ausgepl\u00fcndert wurde. Ein Milliardenskandal mit dramatischen Folgen f\u00fcr den Whistleblower, der sich brutalen Vergeltungsmassnahmen ausgesetzt sah und sogar 18 Monate in einem thail\u00e4ndischen Gef\u00e4ngnis sass.<\/p>\r\n<p>Passend dazu gibt Investigativ-Journalist Frederik Obermaier am zweiten Konferenztag Antworten auf die Frage, warum sich viele bekannte Whistleblower an die Medien wenden und nicht interne Kan\u00e4le nutzen, um auf Missst\u00e4nde aufmerksam zu machen. Der Pulitzer-Preistr\u00e4ger initiierte mit seinen Kollegen unter anderem die Panama-Papers- sowie die Suisse-Secrets-Enth\u00fcllungen. Dabei erhielt er jeweils von anonymen Quellen wichtige Informationen und Daten.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Auszeichnung f\u00fcr herausragende Compliance-Projekte<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Auch die Finalisten, die sich mit ihren Compliance-Projekten um den \u201eECEC-Award 2022\u201c bewerben, stehen fest. Die internationale Jury w\u00e4hlte aus den zahlreichen Bewerbungen die Novartis AG und den T\u00dcV Austria aus.
