Nun hat das IT-Unternehmen, selbst ein KMU, ein <a href=\"https:\/\/www.m-q.ch\/de\/norm-iso-iec-270012022-traegt-cyberrisiken-mehr-rechnung\/\">ISO 27001-zertifiziertes<\/a> Information Security Management System entwickelt. Das Projekt dauerte zwei Jahre und involvierte die ganze Belegschaft. Mit einem Personalbestand von 20 Mitarbeitenden stellt care4IT.ch eine seltene Ausnahme dar, verf\u00fcgen sonst bloss mittelgrosse und grosse IT-Unternehmen ab 50-100 Mitarbeitenden \u00fcber ISO 27001. Zur Frage nach dem Mehrwert eines doch aufw\u00e4ndigen Managementsystems f\u00fcr Datenschutz und Datensicherheit im IT-Dienstleistungsunternehmen bringt es Matthias Naber, CTO und Mitinhaber trocken auf den Punkt: \u00abDas braucht eigentlich jeder IT-Dienstleister\u00bb!<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Hoher Nutzen f\u00fcr Kunden und f\u00fcr care4IT.ch<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>W\u00e4hrend des Systemaufbaus wurde das ganze care4IT.ch-Team regelm\u00e4ssig geschult, es wurden Backup- und verschiedene Schutzl\u00f6sungen konzipiert und realisiert und es wurden alle n\u00f6tigen Voraussetzungen daf\u00fcr geschaffen, dass die vorgesehenen Sicherheitsstandards zuverl\u00e4ssig eingehalten werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\r\n<p>Der konkrete Mehrwert von ISO 27001 im IT-Unternehmen l\u00e4sst sich in drei Nutzenfeldern lokalisieren. Erstens unterst\u00fctzt das zertifizierte Information Security Management System das \u00abblinde\u00bb Vertrauen und das Bauchgef\u00fchlt der Kunden mit einem gepr\u00fcften und klar definierten Sicherheitspr\u00e4dikat. Zweitens wird im Unternehmen fl\u00e4chendeckend ein breites und tiefes Know-how in Sachen Daten- und Informationssicherheit und Datenschutz aufgebaut, welches sich automatisch auch auf die IT-Infrastrukturen der Kunden abbildet und diese in ihrer Qualit\u00e4t positiv beeinflusst. Und drittens kann w\u00e4hrend des Projektes, so quasi als Abfallprodukt, ein \u00abInformationssicherheitssystem light\u00bb aufgebaut werden, welches als bezahlte Dienstleistung direkt bei Kunden zu einem mehrwertstiftenden Einsatz gebracht werden kann.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Wettbewerbsstellung verbessert<\/h3>\r\n<p>Care4IT.ch hat von allen drei Vorteilen Gebrauch gemacht. Gleichzeitig verbessert das Zertifikat die Wettbewerbsstellung bei Kunden ab ca. 100 IT-Arbeitspl\u00e4tzen, legen diese doch \u00fcberdurchschnittlich oft Wert auf gepr\u00fcfte Qualit\u00e4t.
