Dabei stand auch eine Neuwahl in den Verwaltungsrat auf der Traktandenliste. Gew\u00e4hlt wurde Marco Gadola (59), Schweizer und franz\u00f6sischer Staatsb\u00fcrger. Er kann auf eine lange berufliche Karriere zur\u00fcckblicken. Diese begann Marco Gadola im Bankwesen. Sp\u00e4ter arbeitete er bei Novartis International Ltd. in Basel als Auditmanager. Ab 1992 war er neun Jahre lang bei der Hilti-Gruppe in leitenden Positionen in den Bereichen Handel, Vertrieb und Finanzen in Liechtenstein, den Vereinigten Staaten, Spanien und Deutschland t\u00e4tig. Nach f\u00fcnf Jahren als CFO bei der Hero-Gruppe wechselte er als CFO und VP Operations zur Straumann Group in Basel. Im Jahr 2008 wurde Marco Gadola zum CFO der Panalpina-Gruppe in Basel ernannt. Von 2013 bis 2019 war er CEO der Straumann Group, einem b\u00f6rsennotierten Schweizer Unternehmen mit einem Umsatz von \u00fcber CHF\u202f2 Milliarden.<\/p>\n<h3>Grosser Erfahrungsschatz<\/h3>\n<p>Marco Gadola ist Verwaltungsratspr\u00e4sident von DKSH, Verwaltungsratspr\u00e4sident der WS Audiology und Medartis Holding AG, Vizepr\u00e4sident des Verwaltungsrats der MCH Group AG sowie Mitglied des Verwaltungsrats der Straumann Group.\u00a0Marco Gadola hat einen Master in Business Administration und Wirtschaftswissenschaften der Universit\u00e4t Basel, Schweiz.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abMit dieser Ernennung gewinnt der Verwaltungsrat von B\u00fchler eine versierte und bew\u00e4hrte F\u00fchrungskraft mit fast drei Jahrzehnten Erfahrung in verschiedenen Branchen im Bereich Werkzeuge, Medizin und Logistik\u00bb, sagt Calvin Grieder, Verwaltungsratspr\u00e4sident von B\u00fchler.<\/p>\n<h3>Konrad Hummler tritt zur\u00fcck<\/h3>\n<p>An der gleichen Versammlung trat Konrad Hummler als Mitglied des Verwaltungsrats von B\u00fchler und der jeweiligen Aussch\u00fcsse, in denen er t\u00e4tig war, zur\u00fcck, da er die statutarische Grenze erreicht hat.
