H\u00e4ufig sind Ersch\u00f6pfungsdepressionen, Angstzust\u00e4nde, Schlafst\u00f6rungen oder psychosomatische Beschwerden die Folge. Mit SymBalance hat ein Expertenteam am Sanatorium Kilchberg ein spezielles Therapiekonzept zur Behandlung von stressbedingten Erkrankungen entwickelt. Das Konzept wurde im Rahmen einer wissenschaftlichen Studie erfolgreich getestet.<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Das station\u00e4re Behandlungsprogramm umfasst eine individuelle medizinische Betreuung, intensive Einzelpsychotherapie und Stressbew\u00e4ltigungstraining in der Gruppe, Physio- und Bewegungstherapie sowie sportliche und kreative Aktivit\u00e4ten. Ziel der Behandlung sind neben der psychischen und k\u00f6rperlichen Regeneration, ein verbesserter Umgang mit Stress, die St\u00e4rkung des Selbstvertrauens, die optimale Entfaltung der individuellen Ressourcen sowie der berufliche Wiedereinstieg.<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Das Angebot steht seit 2013 zusatzversicherten Patienten auf der Privatstation Belvedere zur Verf\u00fcgung. Nun hat die Klinikleitung auf die steigende Nachfrage nach einer Behandlung f\u00fcr allgemeinversicherte Patienten reagiert und am 6. Juni eine neue Station mit sch\u00f6nster Seesicht er\u00f6ffnet. Die Spezialstation verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber Ein- und Zweibettzimmer.
