Verantwortungs-tr\u00e4ger m\u00fcssen daher zunehmend Nachhaltigkeitsaspekte des eigenen Wirtschaftens um soziale, \u00f6kologische sowie ethische Fragen erweitern.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Nachhaltigkeitsthemen im Fokus<\/h3>\r\n<p>Wiebke Merbeth, Partnerin in der Strategieberatung von Deloitte sowie Mitglied im Sustainable Finance-Beirat der deutschen Bundesregierung, sieht es als klare Pflicht von Unternehmen, ihrer gesellschaftlichen Verantwortung st\u00e4rker nachzukommen. Konkrete Nachhaltigkeitsmassnahmen m\u00fcssen aus ihrer Sicht bereits jetzt von der Unternehmensf\u00fchrung ausgehen: \u201eWenn wir uns zu viel Zeit lassen, dann wird die Umgestaltung immer teurer, auch weil uns andere Industrienationen den Rang ablaufen.\u201c<\/p>\r\n<p>Auf die Unternehmensf\u00fchrung unter Nachhaltigkeitsgesichtspunkten geht Wiebke Merbeth auf dem internationalen Forum \u201eCompliance Days\u201c der domeba genauer ein. Im Vortrag \u201eNachhaltigkeit als neues R\u00fcckgrat der deutschen Wirtschaft\u201c am 15. Juni wird sie ihre Erfahrungen aus der Beratung der Bundesregierung an die teilnehmenden Unternehmen weitergeben.<\/p>\r\n<p>Ziel der Netzwerk- und Vortragsplattform ist es u. a., ein st\u00e4rkeres Bewusstsein f\u00fcr Nachhaltigkeitsthemen auf Unternehmerebene zu schaffen. Mit der Software-L\u00f6sung iManSys des Chemnitzer Unternehmens domeba lassen sich die hierf\u00fcr erforderlichen Compliance-Massnahmen digital abbilden. Im Fokus der Veranstaltung steht dabei auch, konkrete L\u00f6sungsans\u00e4tze f\u00fcr die Implementierung im Betrieb vorzustellen.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Mehr \u00fcber Compliance Management erfahren<\/h3>\r\n<p>Die Compliance Days richten sich an bestehende und potentielle iManSys-Anwender aus allen Unternehmenszweigen und -gr\u00f6ssen. Sie finden vom 13. bis 15. Juni im Seaside Park Hotel in Leipzig statt. In verschiedenen Workshops und Showrooms k\u00f6nnen sich die Teilnehmenden bspw. zur digitalen Umsetzung der Risikobewertung, des Gefahrstoffmanagements sowie der Unterweisungs- und Vorsorgeorganisation informieren und austauschen. Vertreten sind hierbei u. a. das Institut Gesundheit der Stadt Essen, die Autobahn GmbH des Bundes sowie die DKMS Life Science Lab gGmbH.<\/p>\r\n<p>Matthias Domes, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der domeba, erkl\u00e4rt: \u201eSeit 25 Jahren besch\u00e4ftigen wir uns inzwischen mit den Themenfeldern, die ein umfassendes und nachhaltiges Compliance Management ausmachen.
