(Bild: ALD Automotive | LeasePlan)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>ALD Automotive hat die \u00dcbernahme von LeasePlan, einem weltweit f\u00fchrenden Flottenmanagement- und Mobilit\u00e4tsunternehmen, von einem Konsortium unter der F\u00fchrung von TDR Capital erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Mit dieser Akquisition entsteht ein weltweit f\u00fchrender Anbieter f\u00fcr nachhaltige Mobilit\u00e4t mit einer verwalteten Gesamtflotte von 3,3 Millionen Fahrzeugen. Durch die B\u00fcndelung der Kr\u00e4fte werden ALD Automotive und LeasePlan den Weg zur CO2-Neutralit\u00e4t und die digitale Transformation der Branche anf\u00fchren, wie es heisst. Aufgrund der Gr\u00f6sse und der komplement\u00e4ren F\u00e4higkeiten wird das Unternehmen seine Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit weiter st\u00e4rken und nachhaltiges Wachstum erzielen, so die weiteren Angaben. Im Anschluss an diese \u00dcbernahme werden die beiden Organisationen den Prozess der Integration in ein einziges Unternehmen beginnen &#8211; vorbehaltlich der Genehmigung durch die Aufsichtsbeh\u00f6rden.<\/p>\n<h3>Niklas Zetterlund wird neuer Country Managing Director<\/h3>\n<p>Um die strategische Entwicklung der kombinierten Einheit in der Schweiz zu f\u00fchren, hat Tim Albertsen, Chief Executive Officer von ALD Automotive | LeasePlan, Niklas Zetterlund, bisher Managing Director von LeasePlan Schweiz, zum Country Managing Director ernannt. Diese bedingte Ernennung ist ab sofort wirksam. Martin K\u00f6ssler, bisher General Manager der ALD Automotive in \u00d6sterreich und der Schweiz und Regional Director Central Europe, wurde zum Group Regional Director ernannt.<\/p>\n<p>Der geb\u00fcrtige Schwede Niklas Zetterlund ist ein ausgewiesener Mobilit\u00e4ts- und Digitalisierungsexperte und verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber langj\u00e4hrige F\u00fchrungserfahrung, unter anderem als Operations Director von LeasePlan Schweden. \u00dcber seine neue Rolle sagt er: &#8222;Ich freue mich sehr als Country Managing Director von ALD Automotive | LeasePlan t\u00e4tig zu sein. Durch den Zusammenschluss k\u00f6nnen wir die Branche ver\u00e4ndern und sind gleichsam bestens positioniert, um noch bessere Dienstleistungen, L\u00f6sungen und Vorteile f\u00fcr unsere Kunden zu bieten.&#8220; Er setzt sich zudem f\u00fcr einen beschleunigten Umstieg auf Elektrofahrzeuge ein.
