Hinzu kommt der \u00c4rger mit der Technik: Jeder Zweite empfindet die technische Ausstattung in seinem B\u00fcro als r\u00fcckst\u00e4ndig und restriktiv und muss sich im Schnitt dreimal t\u00e4glich mit gr\u00f6\u00dferen Pannen und L\u00e4stigkeiten herumschlagen.<\/p>\n<p>42 Prozent arbeiten daher lieber mit ihren eigenen Laptops, Tablets oder Smartphones, die im Vergleich zu den B\u00fcroger\u00e4ten neuer, schneller und einfacher zu bedienen sind. Weitere 40 Prozent der Befragten haben nach eigenen Angaben schon h\u00e4ufiger vorget\u00e4uscht, dass ein Arbeitsger\u00e4t kaputt sei, nur um es nicht benutzen zu m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Motivationskiller Technik? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Insgesamt ist nahezu die H\u00e4lfte (42 Prozent) der Befragten \u00fcberzeugt, dass moderne und einfach zu bedienende Technologie am Arbeitsplatz sich positiv auf ihre Motivation auswirken w\u00fcrde. 16 Prozent glauben sogar, dass sie sich damit ihrem Arbeitgeber st\u00e4rker verbunden f\u00fchlen und sich nicht nach einem neuen Job umsehen w\u00fcrden.<\/p>\n<p>Bei der j\u00fcngeren Generation unter 35, die mit digitalen Technologien aufgewachsen ist, lag der Anteil noch etwas h\u00f6her: Hier sind 49 Prozent der Meinung, dass modernere Technologien sich positiv auf ihre Arbeitsmoral auswirkten. Zudem gaben die Digital Natives \u00fcberdurchschnittlich h\u00e4ufig (56 Prozent) an, lieber mit ihren eigenen Ger\u00e4ten zu arbeiten, als auf die als veraltet empfundene B\u00fcrotechnologie zur\u00fcckzugreifen.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eEs liegt auf der Hand, dass Unternehmen noch deutlich mehr als bisher investieren m\u00fcssen, um sich gerade f\u00fcr junger Talente aus der Generation der Digital Natives als attraktive Arbeitgeber zu positionieren und sie dauerhaft an sich zu binden&#8220;, meint Alexander Hermann, Vice President Information Systems Europe bei Sharp.
