Taktik Nr. 2: F\u00f6rderung der teampsychologischen Sicherheit<\/h3>\n

Sicherheit ist ein menschliches Urbed\u00fcrfnis. Nach der Erf\u00fcllung von physiologischen Bed\u00fcrfnissen wie Essen und Trinken, sucht der Mensch tats\u00e4chlich nach Sicherheit. Wo Angst herrscht \u2013 sei es die Angst einer F\u00fchrungskraft oder die Angst vor der F\u00fchrungskraft \u2013, fehlt Vertrauen und zwischenmenschliche Risikobereitschaft wird als gef\u00e4hrlich wahrgenommen. \u201eF\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte geben die Normen f\u00fcr das Team vor. Wenn F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte mit Bescheidenheit, Authentizit\u00e4t und Verletzlichkeit psychologische Sicherheit vorleben, dann f\u00fchlen sich die Teammitglieder sicher, dasselbe zu tun\u201c, so Dr. Sherman.<\/p>\n

Taktik Nr. 3: Individualisierte Weiterentwicklung<\/h3>\n

Wenn Mitarbeitende die H\u00e4lfte ihrer wachen Zeit in der Arbeit verbringen, dann ist es nur nat\u00fcrlich, dass sie gern eine lohnende Arbeit h\u00e4tten.
