Mehrere Faktoren kommen hier zusammen, wie die Gr\u00fcnderin der Unternehmensberatung The Boardroom erkennen musste. Es sind nicht nur die Vorst\u00e4nde schuld, aber auch nicht nur die Frauen. Die Schuldfrage ist ohnehin ein leidiges Thema, denn nur mit synergetischer Zusammenarbeit n\u00e4hern sich die beiden Gruppen an!<\/p>\r\n<h3>Die Boardroom-Frauen auf dem Weg nach oben \u2013 wenn das Gremium zum Ziel wird<\/h3>\r\n<p>An einem regnerischen Mai-Tag in Z\u00fcrich treffen sich knapp 20 Frauen zu einem Meeting, um der erfolgreichen Gesch\u00e4ftsfrau Mirjam Staub-Bisang (Blackrock Schweiz) zuzuh\u00f6ren. Sie h\u00e4lt einen Vortrag \u00fcber Investitionen, Herausforderungen von F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften und Diversit\u00e4t im Business. Eines haben all die Zuh\u00f6rerinnen gemeinsam: Sie sind beruflich erfolgreich! Ob CEOs, Personalchefinnen, ihren Weg haben Sie bereits gefunden.<\/p>\r\n<p>Doch das ist noch nicht das Ende der Fahnenstange, denn die engagierten Gesch\u00e4ftsfrauen m\u00f6chten den Platz im Verwaltungsrat, f\u00fcr mehr Diversit\u00e4t. Noch eine weitere Gemeinsamkeit eint die Karrierefrauen: Sie <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theboardroom.de\/\">geh\u00f6ren zu The Boardroom<\/a>, dem Club, der die Frauenquote in Schweizer Verwaltungsr\u00e4ten revolutionieren m\u00f6chte.<\/p>\r\n<p>Aktuell werden Gremienpl\u00e4tze nur zu 30 Prozent von weiblichen Aufsichtsr\u00e4tinnen besetzt, der Rest ist m\u00e4nnlich. Diana Markaki, Gr\u00fcnderin von The Boardroom, erhielt mit 36 ihr allererstes Mandat und hatte lediglich eine einzige weibliche Mitstreiterin. Sie f\u00fchlte sich sonderbar, allein, die grosse Ausnahme. (Bild: zVg)<\/figcaption>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n<p>All das f\u00fchrte bei Markaki zu einem starken Leistungsdruck, der auch Unsicherheiten mit sich brachte. Aus Sicht zahlreicher weiterer Frauen waren diese Gef\u00fchle ein Segen. Sie bewogen Markaki schliesslich dazu, The Boardroom zu gr\u00fcnden. Das Bootcamp, bei dem Frauen (und auch M\u00e4nner) lernen k\u00f6nnen, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kmu.admin.ch\/kmu\/de\/home\/praktisches-wissen\/kmu-gruenden\/firmengruendung\/auswahl-rechtsform\/aktiengesellschaft\/welche-aufgaben-hat-ein-verwaltungsrat.html\">sich im Verwaltungsrat zu behaupten<\/a> bzw. dort \u00fcberhaupt hinzukommen.<\/p>\r\n<p>Mit The Boardroom, einem exklusiven Club, m\u00f6chte Markaki das \u00e4ndern und Frauen auf F\u00fchrungspositionen vorbereiten. Dabei spielt das exzellente Netzwerk des Clubs eine grosse Rolle und f\u00fchrt im Rahmen verschiedener Veranstaltungsformate und Trainings dazu, die Diversit\u00e4t voranzutreiben und zu leben.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Die richtigen Pers\u00f6nlichkeiten sind wichtiger als das Geschlecht<\/h3>\r\n<p>Obwohl Diana Markaki viel von Frauen auf F\u00fchrungspositionen h\u00e4lt, ist das Geschlecht f\u00fcr sie nicht der wichtigste Faktor. Es braucht die geeigneten Personen f\u00fcr die jeweilige Position. \u00dcberall wird <a href=\"https:\/\/www.m-q.ch\/de\/schweizer-engineering-gruppe-geht-fachkraeftemangel-gemeinsam-an\/\">\u00fcber Fachkr\u00e4ftemangel diskutiert<\/a>, dabei sind viele Stellen oft nur falsch besetzt.<\/p>\r\n<p>Je diverser die Erfahrungen der Menschen, desto mehr profitiert das Gremium davon. Oft stehen komplexe Entscheidungen an, die durch verschiedene Blickwinkel v\u00f6llig neu bewertet werden k\u00f6nnen. The Boardroom richtet sich daher nicht spezifisch an weibliche Karrierefrauen, sondern auch an jene, die noch nicht \u00fcber den Tellerrand hinaus gedacht haben. Das Ziel besteht darin, die St\u00e4rken herauszukitzeln und Frauen darauf vorzubereiten, sich in Gremien durchzusetzen.
