(Bild: GettyImages \/ Suva)<\/figcaption>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n<p>Versicherungsmissbrauch ist ein ernsthaftes Problem, das sowohl die Versicherungsbranche als auch die Gesellschaft als Ganzes betrifft. Versicherungsmissbrauch f\u00fchrt zu h\u00f6heren Kosten, verminderter wirtschaftlicher Effizienz und einem Vertrauensverlust in das Versicherungssystem. Zudem k\u00f6nnen die Pr\u00e4mien f\u00fcr ehrliche Kunden steigen, da diese das unfaire Verhalten einiger weniger mittragen m\u00fcssen. Deshalb setzt die Suva alles daran, Missbrauchsf\u00e4lle zu bek\u00e4mpfen.<\/p>\r\n<h3>F\u00e4lle von Versicherungsmissbrauch nehmen zu<\/h3>\r\n<p>Die F\u00e4lle von Versicherungsmissbrauch scheinen bei der Suva aber zuzunehmen. Im letzten Jahr hat der Versicherer von 252 278 F\u00e4llen, bei denen nach einem Unfall oder einer Berufskrankheit ein Taggeld oder eine Rente ausbezahlt wurde, 2916 Verdachtsf\u00e4lle untersucht. Das sind leicht mehr als im Vorjahr (2021: 2839 Verdachtsf\u00e4lle, +2,7 Prozent). Durch Massnahmen der Missbrauchsbek\u00e4mpfung konnten insgesamt 24,1 Millionen Franken eingespart werden. Dieser Betrag setzt sich zusammen aus der Verhinderung von ungerechtfertigten Leistungsbez\u00fcgen durch Verunfallte oder medizinische Leistungserbringer wie Spit\u00e4ler, \u00c4rzte, Therapeuten (18,6 Millionen Franken) und der Missbrauchsbek\u00e4mpfung bei versicherten Betrieben (5,5 Millionen Franken). Der durchschnittlich eingesparte Betrag bei den Leistungsbez\u00fcgen pro Fall betrug 22 963 Franken (2021: 24 781 Franken). Die Anzahl der gesamthaft abgeschlossenen F\u00e4lle mit best\u00e4tigtem Verdacht liegt deutlich h\u00f6her bei 810 F\u00e4llen (2021: 686 F\u00e4lle). Schweizweit fand eine Observation statt.<\/p>\r\n<h3 id=\"anchor-6CE41E52-C407-4FB6-A681-FAD0D485CE59\" class=\"h3 sch-h3\">Missbrauch auf verschiedenen Ebenen<\/h3>\r\n<p>Seit der Einf\u00fchrung der Missbrauchsbek\u00e4mpfung im Jahr 2007 konnte die Suva insgesamt \u00fcber 239 Millionen Franken einsparen. Dieser Betrag kommt den Versicherten in Form von tieferen Pr\u00e4mien zugute.<\/p>\r\n<p>Versicherungsmissbrauch findet auf verschiedenen Ebenen statt: Er reicht von Einzelpersonen, die durch falsche oder fehlende Angaben Geldleistungen wie Taggelder oder Renten erschleichen \u00fcber fiktive Firmen, die Sozialversicherungspr\u00e4mien durch Schwarzarbeit oder Konkursreiterei umgehen bis hin zu bewusst falschen Abrechnungen durch Spit\u00e4ler, \u00c4rzte oder Therapeuten. Eines haben alle diese Muster gemeinsam: Den Schaden tragen die Ehrlichen.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00abDie allermeisten unserer Versicherten sind ehrlich\u00bb, betont Roger Bolt, Leiter Bek\u00e4mpfung Versicherungsmissbrauch bei der Suva. \u00abUm sie vor finanziellem Schaden zu bewahren, risikogerechte Pr\u00e4mien zu gew\u00e4hrleisten und einen Beitrag zu einem fairen Werkplatz und Gesundheitsmarkt Schweiz zu leisten, gehen wir konsequent gegen Versicherungsmissbrauch vor.
