Der Energieversorger fokussiert sich angesichts der grossen aktuellen Herausforderungen auf den Energiem\u00e4rkten im Bereich Telecom auf das Kerngesch\u00e4ft und bietet ab dem 14. August 2023 keine eigenen Internet- und TV-Dienste mehr an. \u00abMit unserem langj\u00e4hrigen Partner iWay haben wir eine optimale Nachfolgel\u00f6sung mit einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verh\u00e4ltnis und pers\u00f6nlichem Service gefunden\u00bb, sagt dazu der verantwortliche Product Manager von ewb Lukas Zellweger. \u00abiWay ist seit dem Start von ewb.INTERNET und ewb.TV im Jahr 2015 f\u00fcr den Internetzugang und den pers\u00f6nlichen Support der Kunden verantwortlich. F\u00fcr die Kundinnen und Kunden ist also die Kontinuit\u00e4t der Leistungen garantiert.\u00bb iWay-CEO Markus Vetterli erg\u00e4nzt: \u00abWir k\u00f6nnen durch die \u00dcbernahme der Internet- und TV-Kundinnen und -Kunden von ewb unsere Kundenbasis in Bern ausbauen. Im Gegenzug entsteht den Kundinnen und Kunden durch den Wechsel zu iWay keinerlei Zusatzaufwand.\u00bb Denjenigen, die der Migration zustimmen, wird von ewb und von iWay jeweils eine Monatsgeb\u00fchr geschenkt.\u00bb Der Wechsel geschieht zum 4. Oktober 2023.<\/p>\n<p>iWay segelt derzeit auf einer Erfolgswelle. Erst k\u00fcrzlich wurde das KMU im Telekom-Rating der \u00abBilanz\u00bb in drei Kategorien als Klassenbester eingestuft.\u00a0So w\u00e4hlten die Leserinnen und Leser der Wirtschaftszeitschrift das Unternehmen in diesem Jahr in der Kategorie Cloud Services zum besten Anbieter f\u00fcr Private und Unternehmen und zum besten TV-Anbieter f\u00fcr Private.
