Flexibles Arbeiten steht genauso auf der Wunschliste wie eine starke Unternehmenskultur. Das junge Unternehmen ahead erkannte bereits 2020, dass f\u00fcr die hohen Erwartungen an die interne Kommunikation eine neue Form des Intranets gefragt ist und entwickelte eine Mitarbeitenden-App. Damit soll es auch m\u00f6glich sein, Mitarbeitende, die nicht st\u00e4ndig am Bildschirm sitzen, besser zu erreichen.<\/p>\n

Wir-Gef\u00fchl mit mobiler L\u00f6sung<\/h3>\n

Inzwischen gilt eine Mitarbeitenden-App zu den Must-Haves in einem Unternehmen. \u00abWenn man als Arbeitgeber die j\u00fcngere Generation erreichen und ins Unternehmensgeschehen einbinden will, dann muss man sich dort bewegen, wo sie sich aufhalten: auf dem Mobile\u00bb, ist Pascal Grossniklaus, CEO und Gr\u00fcnder von ahead, \u00fcberzeugt.<\/p>\n

Die mobile L\u00f6sung von ahead erm\u00f6glicht interne Kommunikation, gelebte Feedbackkultur und Vernetzung innerhalb von Mitarbeitenden-Communitys. Dadurch wird das \u00abWir-Gef\u00fchl\u00bb gef\u00f6rdert, die Identifikation verbessert und das Engagement aller Mitarbeitenden erh\u00f6ht. Wie einfach das geht, haben die Gr\u00fcnder von ahead zusammen mit ihren Kundinnen und Kunden am 20. September bei ihrem ersten ahead award bewiesen.<\/p>\n

Die Sieger des ahead Awards 2023<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Schon nach drei Monaten nutzten mehr als 70% der Belegschaft die Mitarbeitenden-App regelm\u00e4ssig. Variosystems brauchte eine mobile L\u00f6sung, da 60% der Mitarbeitenden beim international t\u00e4tigen Elektronikdienstleister mit neun Standorten in sechs L\u00e4ndern keinen Desk-Arbeitsplatz haben. Daher wurde Variosystems mit dem ahead award 2023 f\u00fcr die beste Onboarding-Kampagne ausgezeichnet. Wie hoch die Interaktion zwischen Mitarbeitenden sein kann, wenn Intranet Spass macht, zeigt der zweite Award-Gewinner: Beim Medtech Unternehmen Medartis nutzen fast 97% der weltweiten Mitarbeitenden die App regelm\u00e4ssig, was die Produktivit\u00e4t im Unternehmen positiv beeinflusst hat.<\/p>\n
