(Symbolbild: Unsplash)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Damals lancierte Global Real Estate mit dem G\u00fctesiegel greenproperty erstmalig einen eigenen Standard, der Neubauten in den Immobilienportfolios unter Nachhaltigkeitsgesichtspunkten bewertbar machte. Als einer der f\u00fchrenden Bauherren und Immobilien-Investment-Manager der Schweiz will das Unternehmen seiner Verantwortung f\u00fcr kommende Generationen gerecht werden, schon damals war die CO<sub>2<\/sub>-Reduktion eine der dringlichsten Herausforderungen. \u00dcberzeugt von der Bedeutung des G\u00fctesiegels und von der Wichtigkeit einer nachhaltigen Bauweise lancierte Global Real Estate im gleichen Jahr den ersten Schweizer Immobilienfonds, der vorwiegend in zertifizierte Liegenschaften investiert.<\/p>\n<h4>Relaunch mit angepassten Anforderungen<\/h4>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Entwickelt hat Global Real Estate das G\u00fctesiegel greenproperty damals gemeinsam mit Amstein + Walthert AG. Damit greenproperty auch in Zukunft immer neue Massst\u00e4be setzen kann, wurden die Kriterien zur Zertifizierung neu angepasst. Auch gesellschaftliche und digitale Ver\u00e4nderungen fliessen in die Beurteilung nun mit ein. Das \u00fcberarbeitete G\u00fctesiegel ist fertiggestellt, und seit 4. Juli 2019 sind die Anforderungen zur Erf\u00fcllung der Kriterien \u00f6ffentlich freigeschaltet auf <a class=\"external-link-new-window\" title=\"Opens internal link in current window\" href=\"\/\/www.credit-suisse.com\/ch\/de\/asset-management\/solutions-capabilities\/real-estate-ch\/sustainability.html?WT.i_short-url=%2Fgreenproperty&amp;WT.i_target-url=%2Fch%2Fde%2Fasset-management%2Fsolutions-capabilities%2Freal-estate-ch%2Fsustainability.html&amp;ref=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.greenproperty.ch%2Flogin%2F\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">credit-suisse.com\/greenproperty<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Mehr als 120 Liegenschaften wurden bisher mit dem definitiven greenproperty G\u00fctesiegel ausgezeichnet.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Um den ganzheitlichen Anspruch an eine Liegenschaft in allen Einzelheiten zu definieren, kommen bei der Zertifikatsvergabe f\u00fcnf Dimensionen der Nachhaltigkeit auf den Pr\u00fcfstand:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Nutzung<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Infrastruktur<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>CO<sub>2<\/sub>\/Energie<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Materialien<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Lebenszyklus<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Diesen f\u00fcnf Dimensionen sind insgesamt 25 Kriterien untergeordnet, wie zum Beispiel Raumkomfort, Anbindung an den \u00f6ffentlichen Verkehr, Eigenversorgung mit erneuerbarer Energie oder Umweltbelastung von Materialien. Bei der Bewertung werden die Ergebnisse subsumiert und als Erfu\u0308llungsgrad in einem \u00fcbersichtlichen Spinnendiagramm veranschaulicht. Damit liegt dem G\u00fctesiegel greenproperty eine differenzierte und objektive Bewertungsmethode zugrunde.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Mit der externen \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung und Zertifizierung dieser Kriterien wurden Amstein + Walthert sowie W\u00fcest Partner betraut.<\/p>\n<p><a
