Seit 1988 verfolgt Infoniqa im Schweizer IT-Markt eine auf Kontinuit\u00e4t ausgerichtete Gesch\u00e4ftspolitik, die qualitatives und quantitatives Wachstum erm\u00f6glicht. Mit ihren 70 Mitarbeitern ist sie\u00a0im Schweizer Markt mit den Gesch\u00e4ftsstellen Baar\/ZG, Z\u00fcrich und Bussigny-pr\u00e8s-Lausanne vertreten und will ihr Wachstum als IT System Integrator f\u00fcr Data Center L\u00f6sungen, Managed-Services, sowie als Cloud- und Informations-Management-L\u00f6sung Anbieter in den n\u00e4chsten Jahren weiterhin fortsetzen.<\/p>\n

Nun vollst\u00e4ndig\u00a0in den H\u00e4nden von Urs R. Tschudin und Roger Hegglin<\/strong><\/p>\n

Die gesamte Geschichte der Infoniqa SQL AG l\u00e4sst sich\u00a0getrost als bewegt\u00a0bezeichnen: Mitte 2007 wurde die ehemalige SQL AG an die Infoniqa Holding GmbH in Wien verkauft. Bereits im M\u00e4rz 2008 folgte der Kauf der T-Systems Romandie sowie die anschliessende Fusion mit der Infoniqa Schweiz. Anfang 2012 haben die beiden Minderheitsaktion\u00e4re Urs R. Tschudin und Roger Hegglin, mit Unterst\u00fctzung des deutschen Private Equity-Unternehmens CornerstoneCapital, die Infoniqa Schweiz aus der Infoniqa Holding ausgekauft und machten den Systemintegrator damit wieder zu einem selbst\u00e4ndigen Schweizer Unternehmen. Nun haben Tschudin und Hegglin mittels Management-Buyout s\u00e4mtliche Anteile der CornerstoneCapital erworben und sind damit zu 100 Prozent die Eigent\u00fcmer des erfolgreichen Unternehmens.<\/p>\n

Erfolgsgeschichte Infoniqa SQL AG<\/strong><\/p>\n

Zwischen 2012 und heute konnten Hegglin und Tschudin zusammen mit ihrem Team den Umsatz der Infoniqa SQL AG von damals rund 20 Mio. Franken auf rund 45 Mio. Franken steigern, wobei \u00fcber die H\u00e4lfte des Wachstums organisch ist. In die Zeit der deutschen Beteiligung fielen auch die beiden Akquisitionen der GlassHouse Technologies AG (Ende 2013) sowie der Hirt Informatik AG (Ende 2016).<\/p>\n

Urs Tschudin, Delegierter des Verwaltungsrates sowie VRP der Infoniqa SQL AG kommentiert den Management-Buyout wie folgt: \u201eDa die Beteiligung der CornerstoneCapital auf f\u00fcnf Jahre beschr\u00e4nkt war, haben Roger Hegglin und ich die Gelegenheit beim Schopf gepackt und das Unternehmen vollst\u00e4ndig \u00fcbernommen. Als Unternehmer und nicht \u201anur\u2019 Manager haben wir bedeutend mehr Entscheidungsfreiheit bez\u00fcglich kommender Investitionen und der gesch\u00e4ftlichen Ausrichtung. Als Eigent\u00fcmer k\u00f6nnen wir uns noch besser auf k\u00fcnftige Herausforderungen fokussieren und den Ausbau der Kundenbasis im Cloud-Business sowie unserer Angebote und Services weiter vorantreiben.“<\/p>\n
