Das erschreckende Ergebnis: In jedem der getesteten Biersorten fanden sich R\u00fcckst\u00e4nde davon &#8211; und dies deutlich \u00fcber dem Grenzwert.<\/p>\n<p>Glyphosat ist der mit Abstand am h\u00e4ufigsten eingesetzte Pestizidwirkstoff in Deutschland \u2013 rund 5.400 Tonnen werden bundesweit davon j\u00e4hrlich eingesetzt. Laut Weltgesundheitsorganisation ist das Totalherbizid erbgutsch\u00e4digend und &#8222;wahrscheinlich krebserregend&#8220;. Die gemessenen Werte lagen zwischen 0,46 Mikrogramm pro Liter (\u00b5g\/l) und 29,74 \u00b5g\/l und damit im Extremfall fast 300-fach \u00fcber dem gesetzlichen Grenzwert f\u00fcr Trinkwasser (0,1 \u00b5g\/l).<\/p>\n<p>\u201eAlle getesteten Biere enthielten das Pestizid Glyphosat. Damit droht das deutsche Reinheitsgebot ausgerechnet in seinem 500. Jubil\u00e4umsjahr zur Farce zu werden\u201c, erkl\u00e4rte die Biologin Sophia Guttenberger vom Umweltinstitut M\u00fcnchen. \u201eEin Stoff, der wahrscheinlich krebserregend ist, hat weder im Bier noch in unserem K\u00f6rper etwas verloren.\u201c Die Deutschen konsumieren im Durchschnitt 107 Liter Bier pro Jahr und nehmen damit unbewusst auch Glyphosat zu sich. Das sei nicht vereinbar mit dem Image von Reinheit und Nat\u00fcrlichkeit, f\u00fcr das die deutschen Brauereien st\u00fcnden, so Guttenberger.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eWir appellieren an die Brauereien, ihre Produkte und Zutaten jetzt genau zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen.
