(Bild: www.digitalexecutiveforum.ch)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Zur Mittagszeit versammelten sich im ZKO-Haus f\u00fcr einmal keine Musiker:innen und Musikbegeisterte, sondern \u00fcber 200 geladene Entscheidungstr\u00e4ger:innen aus Wirtschaft und Wissenschaft, die die digitale Zukunft von Schweizer Unternehmen pr\u00e4gen und pr\u00e4gen wollen. Der Anlass daf\u00fcr war die dritte Ausgabe des FS Digital Executive Forums, einer Veranstaltung, die vor drei Jahren durch die FS Partners AG ins Leben gerufen wurde und seither auf grosses Interesse innerhalb der produzierenden Wirtschaft und dar\u00fcber hinaus st\u00f6sst.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend des Nachmittags und bis in den Abend hinein wurde innerhalb von zahlreichen Podiumsgespr\u00e4chen und Keynotes hochaktuelle Transformationsthemen behandelt und Use-Cases beleuchtet. Begleitet wurde das Programm durch den Stimm-Akrobaten und Loop-Chor K\u00fcnstler Martin O., der mit seinen Darbietungen das Thema aufgreifen und musikalisch untermalen konnte. Patrick Comboeuf, Studiendirektor der HWZ und Verwaltungsrat der FS Partners AG\u00a0f\u00fchrte so unterhaltsam wie informativ durch die Veranstaltung. Dabei kam ein Thema als Grundtenor immer wieder auf: Gerade durch die aktuellen Entwicklungen gewinnt die Glaubw\u00fcrdigkeit als Erfolgsfaktor f\u00fcr Schweizer Unternehmen an Bedeutung. Statt erst \u00fcber Glaubw\u00fcrdigkeit zu sprechen, wenn sie bereits besch\u00e4digt ist, wurden w\u00e4hrend diesem Forum viele Perspektiven und L\u00f6sungsans\u00e4tze diskutiert.<\/p>\n<p>Den Abschluss bildete ein musikalisches Intermezzo von drei Musiker:innen des Z\u00fcrcher Kammerorchesters, gefolgt von einem anregenden, offenen Fireside Chat mit Simone Wyss Fedele, CEO der Schweizer Aussenhandelsorganisation SGE \u2013 Switzerland Global Enterprise<strong>, <\/strong>\u00fcber Schl\u00fcsselfaktoren f\u00fcr eine erfolgreiche Zukunft von Schweizer Unternehmen wie Mitarbeiterengagement, operationelle Exzellenz, digitale Transformation und Nachhaltigkeit im Unternehmensmodell.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abDie Anforderungen an Schweizer Unternehmen sind durch Themen wie Fachkr\u00e4ftemangel, Nachhaltigkeit, aber vor allem auch durch die rasante Entwicklung im Bereich Digitalisierung sowie dieses Jahr speziell durch die K\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz, enorm gestiegen. Der Handlungsdruck zeigt sich auch bei etablierten Unternehmen.
