Studierende und Unternehmen k\u00f6nnen ihre Weiterbildung als bedarfsorientiertes Themenportfolio gestalten, indem sie aus einem breiten Spektrum von derzeit 20 ausgesuchten Modulen ausw\u00e4hlen k\u00f6nnen, die exakt auf ihre Fachkompetenzen und Bed\u00fcrfnisse zugeschnitten sind.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Flexibilit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Studierende und Unternehmen<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Der Pr\u00e4senzunterricht an der HWZ f\u00fcr diesen CAS erstreckt sich \u00fcber mindestens 16 Tage, und das gesamte Programm muss innerhalb von zwei Jahren abgeschlossen werden. Studierende haben die M\u00f6glichkeit, ihr individuelles CAS-Portfolio bedarfsorientiert zusammenzustellen und schliessen das Programm mit einer Zertifikationsarbeit ab. Diese flexible und modulare Struktur richtet sich an Studierende, die ihre Fachkompetenzen individualisiert und mit hoher Flexibilit\u00e4t erweitern m\u00f6chten.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Beratung f\u00fcr massgeschneiderte CAS-Programme<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Die HWZ bietet auf Wunsch Beratungsgespr\u00e4che an, um Studierende und Unternehmen bei der Zusammenstellung eines massgeschneiderten CAS zu unterst\u00fctzen. Diese individuelle Herangehensweise erm\u00f6glicht es, die Weiterbildung genau auf die Bed\u00fcrfnisse und Ziele der Teilnehmenden abzustimmen.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Anpassung an den dynamischen Markt<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u201eWir garantieren den Studierenden gr\u00f6sstm\u00f6gliche Flexibilit\u00e4t in einem dynamischen Wirtschaftsumfeld.
