Wie bereitet sich die IT vor, um das Unternehmen optimal bei der Digitalen Transformation zu unterst\u00fctzen? Wie intensiv arbeiten Business und IT zusammen und wie steht es um die Motivation f\u00fcr den Cloud-Einsatz? Ist die Digitale Transformation ohne Cloud tats\u00e4chlich nicht m\u00f6glich oder werden diese Begriffe nur gemeinsam vermarktet, ohne etwas gemeinsam zu haben? Solche und \u00e4hnliche Fragen wurden in der vom Kompetenzschwerpunkt Cloud Computing der Hochschule f\u00fcr Wirtschaft FHNW unter der Leitung von Prof. Dr. Stella Gatziu Grivas initiierten Studie angegangen. Befragt wurden CIOs verschiedener Branchen.<\/p>\n

Die FHNW Maturit\u00e4tsmodelle als Basis<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In ausf\u00fchrlichen Gespr\u00e4chen konnten qualitativ hochwertige Ergebnisse generiert werden. Als Grundlage dienten das FHNW Cloud Maturit\u00e4tsmodell und das FHNW Unternehmens-IT Maturit\u00e4tsmodell, die als Online-Tools zur Verf\u00fcgung stehen. Die gemeinsame Verwendung der beiden Modelle gaben Aufschluss \u00fcber Querbez\u00fcge und Wechselwirkungen zwischen den einzelnen Bereichen.<\/p>\n

Kleinere Unternehmen mit h\u00f6herer Maturit\u00e4t <\/strong><\/h2>\n

Die befragten Unternehmen weisen sowohl f\u00fcr die Cloud Maturit\u00e4t als auch f\u00fcr die Maturit\u00e4t der Unternehmens-IT zufriedenstellende Endresultate auf. Bei den kleineren Unternehmen zeichnet sich klar eine h\u00f6here Maturit\u00e4t ab. Unternehmen mit zwischen 250 und 1000 Mitarbeitern haben jedoch Nachholbedarf. Unternehmen mit einer hohen Cloud Maturit\u00e4t verf\u00fcgen zudem auch \u00fcber eine Unternehmens-IT mit einer hohen Maturit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n

Rolle der Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung entscheidend <\/strong><\/h2>\n

Die Mehrheit (ca. 80 Prozent) der befragten CIOs sagten aus, dass eine Digitale Transformation ohne Cloud nicht erreicht werden kann. Ca. 10 Prozent sind jedoch der Meinung, dass Cloud und Digitale Transformation nichts gemeinsam haben und nur gemeinsam vermarket werden. In Unternehmen, in denen die Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung den Digitalisierungsprozess unterst\u00fctzt und entscheidende Impulse liefert, werden Cloud-Technologien klar eingesetzt, um die IT agiler zu machen und die Gesch\u00e4ftsentwicklung voranzutreiben. Cloud Computing wird als Innovationstreiber gesehen, eine Kosteneinsparung ist nicht das prim\u00e4re Ziel.\u00a0 Die Ergebnisse zeigen auch, dass eine strategische Positionierung der Cloud im Gange ist. Etwa 2\/3 der befragten CIOs haben eine Cloud-Strategie definiert, die bereits umgesetzt wird oder sind dabei, diese zu entwickeln.<\/p>\n
