\u00abMit unserem Ostschweizer Podcast-Projekt „berta&gamma“ wollen wir der Schweiz und uns selbst zeigen\u00bb, erkl\u00e4rt Kathrin Loppacher, Projektinitiantin von \u00abberta&gamma\u00bb. \u00abGemeinsam r\u00fccken wir die Ostschweiz als Lebens- und Arbeitsraum in den Vordergrund und erm\u00f6glichen spannende Einblicke in innovative, wertvolle Organisationen und Unternehmen. So schaffen wir neue Vorbilder und Vorstellungen f\u00fcr ganze Generationen\u00bb, ist sie \u00fcberzeugt.<\/p>\n

Im Podcast erh\u00e4lt die Region einen zentralen Stellenwert: Die Kulturschaffenden beleuchten den Kulturplatz Ostschweiz neu; der Wirtschaftsstandort Ostschweiz r\u00fcckt ins Scheinwerferlicht. \u00abWir sprechen mit unseren G\u00e4sten \u00fcber den pers\u00f6nlichen Bildungs- und Berufsweg, pr\u00e4gende Erlebnisse, Herausforderungen, Lehren und Tipps. Durch ihr \u00f6ffentlich werdendes Wirken schaffen sie so neue Vorstellungen, Ideen und Inspiration\u00bb, freut sich die Thurgauerin Sabrina Lehmann, Radiomoderatorin und Gastgeberin des neuen Podcast.<\/p>\n

Sichtbarkeit schafft Vorbilder<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Gerade junge Frauen (und M\u00e4nner) brauchen weibliche Vorbilder, an denen sie sich orientieren k\u00f6nnen. Durch die Sichtbarkeit werden sie angeregt, Leitbilder f\u00fcr die eigene Lebens- und Karriereplanung (neu) zu definieren und zu realisieren \u2013 und zwar auch dann, wenn entsprechende Vorbilder im direkten Umfeld fehlen. \u00abDas st\u00e4rkt die Ostschweiz, f\u00f6rdert die Standortattraktivit\u00e4t und ist eine Massnahme gegen den Fachkr\u00e4ftemangel\u00bb, ist Michaela Silvestri, Pr\u00e4sidentin von \u00abHelvetia spricht\u00bb \u00fcberzeugt. Der gemeinn\u00fctzige Verein initiiert spezifische Projekte, um die Sichtbarkeit von Frauen aus Wirtschaft, Gesellschaft und Bildung in der \u00d6ffentlichkeit zu erh\u00f6hen. Vor zwei Jahren lancierte er die Referentinnen-Plattform alphaberta.ch, die sich seither grosser Nachfrage erfreut. \u00abUnsere Projekte unterst\u00fctzen dabei, dass das Potenzial von Frauen konsequent genutzt wird \u2013 sei es als Referentinnen auf der B\u00fchne, als F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte in Unternehmen oder als Vorbilder in der breiten \u00d6ffentlichkeit\u00bb, so Silvestri.<\/p>\n

Starke Unterst\u00fctzung f\u00fcr professionelle Umsetzung<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Dank der finanziellen Unterst\u00fctzung der Lotteriefonds der Kantone Thurgau, St.Gallen und Appenzell Ausserrhoden sowie privaten Stiftungen, namentlich der Ernst G\u00f6hner Stiftung (ZG), dem Gemeinn\u00fctzigen Frauenverein St.Gallen (SG), der kantonalen st.gallischen Winkelriedstiftung (SG), der Dr. Fred Styger Stiftung f\u00fcr Kultur, Bildung und Wissenschaft (AR), der gemeinn\u00fctzigen Stiftung der Raiffeisenbank Gossau-Andwil-Niederwil (SG), der Steinegg Stiftung (AR), Metrohm Stiftung (AR), der Ortsb\u00fcrgergemeinde St.Gallen (SG) sowie der TW Stiftung zugunsten von kulturellen und sozialen Institutionen (SG) kann der Podcast professionell umgesetzt werden. Produktionspartner ist die Thurgauer Agentur Mediaworks.<\/p>\n
