Durch den Einbezug wichtiger Interessengruppen, breit angelegte Workshops und Feldforschung konnte die Agentur eine gr\u00fcndliche und inklusive Strategie f\u00fcr die Markentransformation erarbeiten. Neu pr\u00e4sentiere sich Hamilton als glaubw\u00fcrdiger Brand mit der klaren Botschaft \u00abInnovation for a better World\u00bb.<\/p>\r\n<p>Unter dem Projektnamen \u00abOne Hamilton\u00bb sollte die gesamte Markenenergie neu geb\u00fcndelt werden, um als eine globale Marke aufzutreten und zu funktionieren. Das Projekt wurde zeitlich so aufgegleist, dass s\u00e4mtliche Gesch\u00e4ftsbereiche und Standorte in den USA, der Schweiz und Rum\u00e4nien einbezogen werden konnten und so sichergestellt wurde, dass die wichtigsten Interessengruppen in der Entwicklung des Projekts integriert waren.<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.werbewoche.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/BP_HAM_6_Posters_1200x800.jpg\"><img class=\"attachment-full size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.werbewoche.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/BP_HAM_6_Posters_1200x800.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.werbewoche.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/BP_HAM_4_Flags_2400x1200-scaled.jpg\"><img class=\"attachment-full size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.werbewoche.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/BP_HAM_4_Flags_2400x1200-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1300\" height=\"753\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.werbewoche.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/BP_HAM_2_MesseStand_1200x800.jpg\"><img class=\"attachment-full size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.werbewoche.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/BP_HAM_2_MesseStand_1200x800.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" \/><\/a><\/p>\r\n<p>Im Rahmen eines umfangreichen Brand-Assessments analysierte Brandpulse in Interviews mit internen und externen Stakeholdern Themen wie Markenstruktur, Markenbekanntheit, Imagewahrnehmung, Unternehmenskultur und Markenmanagementorganisation. Darin wurde aufgezeigt, welches die wichtigsten Herausforderungen und Chancen im Prozess dieser Markenvitalisierung liegen. Zudem wurden KPIs definiert, um den Erfolg des Projektes zu bewerten.<\/p>\r\n<p>Daraufhin folgten eine Benchmark-Analyse in der Life-Science- und Innovationsbranche und die Definition der Portfoliostruktur. Basierend auf der Feldforschung und Interviews mit verschiedenen Kundenprofilen wurden relevante Brand-Personas definiert.<\/p>\r\n<p>Um den \u00abOne Hamilton\u00bb-Brand-Purpose und das Brand Mantra zu definieren, wurden von Brandpulse moderierte Workshops mit dem Management und Vertretern der Business Units durchgef\u00fchrt. Das ebenfalls daraus resultierende Markensteuerrad von Hamilton gibt neu Klarheit \u00fcber das Markenversprechen, die Value Proposition und die Markenpers\u00f6nlichkeit.<\/p>\r\n<p>Im Anschluss an eine Bestandesaufnahme der Touchpoints wurde das Brand-Design durch ein Kreativkonzept aufgefrischt. Der Dynamic Flow, das Herzst\u00fcck, verk\u00f6rpert Fl\u00fcssigkeit und Dynamik und soll dem Design von Hamilton seine Einzigartigkeit und Unverwechselbarkeit verleihen.
