(Symbolbild: Keystone\/Goran Basic)<\/figcaption>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n<p>Der Oberwiler SVP-Grossrat Nils Fiechter wollte von der Regierung wissen, wie die aus seiner Sicht hohen Kosten mit den Grunds\u00e4tzen von Wirtschaftlichkeit und Sparsamkeit vereinbar seien.<\/p>\r\n<p>Der Regierungsrat liess Fiechter in seiner Antwort auf die einfache Anfrage wissen, dass sich die Kosten in drei Bl\u00f6cke teilten. Ein Drittel sei f\u00fcr Grundlagenarbeit aufgewendet worden, also f\u00fcr die Strategie und Konzeption.<\/p>\r\n<p>Ein zweites Drittel der Kosten sei f\u00fcr die Komposition, Produktion und Implementierung der Audio-Marke in verschiedenen Variationen aufgewendet worden. Die Musikbibliothek umfasse rund 50 Dateien. Ein letztes Drittel sei in Lizenzen geflossen, damit die Audio-Marke langfristig exklusiv dem Kanton Bern geh\u00f6re und er auch rechtlich abgesichert sei.<\/p>\r\n<p>Insgesamt habe die Regierung stets bewusst darauf geachtet, dass sich die Kosten in einem vern\u00fcnftigen und markt\u00fcblichen Rahmen bewegten.<\/p>\r\n<p>Das \u00f6ffentliche Erscheinungsbild des Kantons ist in Gestaltungsrichtlinien geregelt. Dort ist zum Beispiel festgelegt, wie das Logo aussieht, welche Schriftarten der Kanton verwendet, welche Farben oder welche Bildwelten.<\/p>\r\n<p>Diese Richtlinien unterst\u00fctzen die Kantonsverwaltung, wenn es darum geht, dass Brosch\u00fcren, Pr\u00e4sentationen, Flyers, Plakate oder die Beschriftung von Geb\u00e4uden einheitlich zu gestalten. Der Kanton Bern soll als Absender auf den ersten Blick deutlich erkennbar sein.<\/p>\r\n<p>Im Zeitalter digitaler Kommunikation w\u00fcrden vermehrt auch audio-visuelle Medienprodukte eingesetzt. Darum habe man das Segment erweitert.
