Dies ist f\u00fcr die Bew\u00e4ltigung k\u00fcnftiger Risiken unerl\u00e4sslich.\u201c\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Falsche Erwartungen\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Die Unternehmen stehen vor der Herausforderung, die richtigen Controller zu gewinnen und zu halten. \u201eDas liegt nicht nur an der allgemeinen Knappheit auf dem Arbeitsmarkt, sondern auch an den unklaren Erwartungen an die Rolle des Controllers im Unternehmen\u201c, sagt Charlotte. \u201eWir stellen oft fest, dass Unternehmen noch nicht die volle Kontrolle haben und daher einen erfahrenen Controller ben\u00f6tigen, um dies zu erreichen. Dies kann zu Verwirrung \u00fcber die Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten der Position f\u00fchren.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Missverst\u00e4ndnisse\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Auch bei den Controllern sind die Erwartungen nicht immer klar. \u201eFinanzcontroller sind nicht mehr nur mit den Zahlen besch\u00e4ftigt. Das Problem ist, dass der Begriff \u201aController\u2018 in vielerlei Hinsicht interpretiert werden kann und daher von den Bewerbern unterschiedlich ausgef\u00fcllt werden kann\u201c.\u202f\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>Charlotte r\u00e4t Unternehmen, sich auf dem Papier genau zu verdeutlichen, was der vorgesehene Controller tun wird. \u201eF\u00fchren Sie interne Gespr\u00e4che mit Mitarbeitern in \u00e4hnlichen Positionen und recherchieren Sie ausf\u00fchrlich die Erwartungen.
