(Bild: www.depositphotos.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Rund 60 Studierende der Betriebs\u00f6konomie an der Hochschule f\u00fcr Wirtschaft der Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz FHNW bildeten mit Dozierenden sowie Expertinnen und Experten w\u00e4hrend vier Tagen eine \u00abinnovative Community\u00bb. Das Lehr- und Entwicklungsformat CreaLab bot den Studierenden eine einzigartige Plattform, um L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr aktuelle gesellschaftliche und \u00f6konomische Herausforderungen zu entwickeln. Mit dem Fokus auf Nachhaltigkeit, Kreislaufwirtschaft und Smartness bearbeiteten die Studierenden in einer dynamischen und kreativen Umgebung zentrale Fragestellungen f\u00fcr Unternehmen und Organisationen, unter anderem f\u00fcr Bio Suisse, f\u00fcr die PostAuto AG, f\u00fcr die Kliniken Arlesheim und f\u00fcr die Schweizerischen Rheinh\u00e4fen. Das Team des Schwerpunkts Innovation und Raum an der Hochschule f\u00fcr Wirtschaft FHNW organisierte das CreaLab im Rahmen des Integrationsmoduls \u00abInnovation\u00bb im Studiengang Betriebs\u00f6konomie am Standort Basel.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Nachhaltiger Fleisch- und Gem\u00fcseversand<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Bio Suisse beauftragte die Studierenden mit der Fragestellung, wie sie den Online-Marktplatz Biomondo weiterentwickeln k\u00f6nnten. Die Arbeitsgruppe schlug L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr einen nachhaltigen Fleisch- und Gem\u00fcseversand vor. Eine andere Gruppe entwickelte Ideen f\u00fcr den Gep\u00e4cktransport der PostAuto AG. Die Studierenden erarbeiteten Massnahmen, die sich sowohl an bestehende Kunden wie auch an Neukunden richten.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Besseres Mikroklima f\u00fcr den Hafen<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>F\u00fcr die Schweizerischen Rheinh\u00e4fen schlugen die Studierenden unter anderem die Bildung einer Hafen-Community vor, um Kollaborationen voranzutreiben, sowie Massnahmen, die das Mikroklima verbessern und im Sommer die Hitze reduzieren sollen. \u00abIch bin sehr zufrieden mit den Ergebnissen. Es war eine grosse zweigeteilte Aufgabe und die Studierenden haben fundierte, gute L\u00f6sungsans\u00e4tze entwickelt\u00bb, sagte Thomas Zaugg, Head of Corporate Development bei Rhenus Logistics.<\/p>\n<p>Auch die Dozierenden zeigten sich zufrieden: \u00abDas CreaLab 2024 zeigte erneut das Potenzial dieser Lehrveranstaltung. Es erm\u00f6glicht den Studierenden, ihre Expertise anzuwenden und damit L\u00f6sungen rund um Fragen der nachhaltigen Entwicklung zu erarbeiten\u00bb, stellte Florian Jakob, wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter beim Schwerpunkt Innovation und Raum an der Hochschule f\u00fcr Wirtschaft FHNW, fest.<\/p>\n<p>Das CreaLab bietet seit 2019 Unternehmen und Organisationen regelm\u00e4ssig die Gelegenheit, ihre individuellen Herausforderungen einzubringen und von einem engagierten Team aus Studierenden sowie Expertinnen und Experten verschiedener Fachbereiche bearbeiten zu lassen.<\/p>\n<p><em>Quelle: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fhnw.ch\">www.fhnw.ch<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nachhaltigkeit, Kreislaufwirtschaft und Smartness standen im Fokus des Lehr- und Entwicklungsformats CreaLab an der Hochschule f\u00fcr Wirtschaft der Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz FHNW.
