Sie ist aus dem 2021 angek\u00fcndigten Zusammenschluss von Ginkgo Management Consulting, Quint Group und AWK Group hervorgegangen. 2022 kam DCP hinzu und seit 2023 geh\u00f6ren auch SMP und Convalid zur Gruppe. Die Gruppe betreut Kund\/-innen auf drei Kontinenten und verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber 1075 Mitarbeitende.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Wachstumskurs unterst\u00fctzen<\/h3>\r\n<p>Neuer CFO der Gruppe wird nun Stefan Tijsinger. Er verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber langj\u00e4hrige Erfahrung in den Bereichen Finanzen, IT und Digitalisierung und bringt umfangreiche Expertise in Controlling, Accounting, Risk &amp; Compliance, Treasury und M&amp;A mit. Oliver Vaterlaus, CEO der Eraneos Group, sagt \u00fcber den Neuzugang: \u201eEraneos befindet sich weiter auf Wachstumskurs und die Kollaboration zwischen den verschiedenen L\u00e4ndergesellschaften nimmt laufend zu. Ich bin \u00fcberzeugt, dass er eine wertvolle Erg\u00e4nzung f\u00fcr unser Team ist.\u201c<\/p>\r\n<h3>Langj\u00e4hrige Erfahrung aus der Beratungsbranche<\/h3>\r\n<p>Stefan Tijsinger tritt die Nachfolge von Uwe Schiller an, der im Januar 2022 zu Eraneos stiess und seitdem eine internationale Finanzorganisation f\u00fcr das Unternehmen aufgebaut hat. Schiller unterst\u00fctzt Stefan Tijsinger in einer \u00dcbergangsphase und verl\u00e4sst Eraneos per 30. September 2024 auf eigenen Wunsch.<\/p>\r\n<p>Stefan Tijsinger \u2013 seit jeher in der Beratungsbranche unterwegs \u2013 war zuletzt bei Xebia t\u00e4tig, wo er die Rolle des Group CFO innehatte. Bereits 2016 stiess er als CFO von Xebia Consultancy Services zum Unternehmen.
