Mit der zunehmenden Anzahl von Geb\u00e4uden w\u00e4chst auch der Bedarf f\u00fcr eine Erfolgskontrolle von \u00ab2000-Watt-Geb\u00e4uden\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Die 2000-Watt-Gesellschaft bietet deshalb einen neuen downloadbaren <a href=\"http:\/\/www.2000watt.ch\/fileadmin\/user_upload\/2000Watt-Gesellschaft\/de\/Dateien\/Areal\/Monitoring_Standard_v4_151215.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" data-cke-saved-href=\"\/\/www.2000watt.ch\/fileadmin\/user_upload\/2000Watt-Gesellschaft\/de\/Dateien\/Areal\/Monitoring_Standard_v4_151215.pdf\" rel=\"noopener\">Monitoring-Standard f\u00fcr Geb\u00e4ude und Areale<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Darin werden die Vorgaben und Handlungsanweisungen als Entwurf eines Standards zusammengestellt. Er definiert die Anforderungen f\u00fcr die Bilanzierung von Geb\u00e4uden, Geb\u00e4udegruppen und Arealen \u00fcber die drei Bereiche Erstellung, Betrieb und Mobilit\u00e4t.
