(Bild: www.depositphotos.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Der Swissmechanic KMU-MEM-Gesch\u00e4ftsklimaindex zeigt im Fr\u00fchjahr 2024 eine leichte Verbesserung, bleibt jedoch mit einem Wert von -20 zum vierten Mal in Folge deutlich im negativen Bereich. Der Mangel an Auftr\u00e4gen, hohe Energiepreise und Lieferkettenengp\u00e4sse hemmen das Wachstum der MEM-Branche. Trotz der herausfordernden Lage gibt es einen wirtschaftlichen Hoffnungsschimmer: Das Wirtschaftsforschungsinstitut BAK Economics, welches auch die Quartalsumfrage von Swissmechanic begleitet, prognostiziert eine erneute Senkung der Leitzinsen im Jahresverlauf. Dies k\u00f6nnte die Nachfrage nach Investitionsg\u00fctern ankurbeln. Die starke US-Konjunktur k\u00f6nnte ebenfalls positive Impulse liefern. Diese Dynamik wird in der Schweiz aber fr\u00fchstens 2025 deutlich.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Jedes vierte KMU finanziert Investitionen mit Eigenkapital<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In der aktuellen Quartalsumfrage wurden die KMU-MEM zus\u00e4tzlich zur wirtschaftlichen Lage auch zu den Themen \u00abInvestitionen und Finanzierung\u00bb sowie \u00abB\u00fcrokratie- und Digitalisierungskosten\u00bb befragt. Knapp 40% der Unternehmen gaben dabei an, ihre Produktionskapazit\u00e4ten aufgrund der gesenkten Leitzinsen erweitern zu wollen. Im Vergleich zum vierten Quartal 2023 ist der Anteil der fehlenden Fremdfinanzierung an den finanziellen Restriktionen markant gestiegen. Insgesamt t\u00e4tigen 21% der Unternehmen aufgrund fehlender finanzieller Mittel aktuell keine Investitionen. Bei 25% der Unternehmen erfolgten Investitionen ausschliesslich durch Eigenkapital. Kantonalbanken und Grossbanken spielen eine zentrale Rolle, da sie zusammen mehr als die H\u00e4lfte aller Investitionen finanzieren. Die Fusion der CS\/UBS hatte indes bisher kaum Auswirkungen auf die KMU-MEM.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>B\u00fcrokratie bindet 15% der Personalressourcen<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Die Befragung ergab zudem, dass aktuell rund 15% der Personalressourcen f\u00fcr vielf\u00e4ltige b\u00fcrokratische Prozesse verwendet werden m\u00fcssen. Zwei Drittel der befragten KMU m\u00fcssen im Vergleich zu vor zehn Jahren mehr Ressourcen f\u00fcr B\u00fcrokratie aufwenden.
