An der Bilanzmedienkonferenz zum Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2023 konnte die Suva ein positives Gesamtergebnis von 309 Millionen Franken vermelden. Die finanzielle Lage der Suva zeigt sich demnach weiterhin solide und alle Versicherungszweige seien finanziell im Gleichgewicht, teilt die Suva mit. Vor allem das gute B\u00f6rsenjahr 2023 hat zur erfreulichen finanziellen Lage beigetragen; das Anlageergebnis betrug 4,8 Prozent (Vorjahr -8,1 Prozent).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Unfallrisiko im Beruf weiter sinkend \u2013 schwere Unf\u00e4lle r\u00fcckl\u00e4ufig<\/h3>\n

Im Jahr 2023 registrierte die Suva rund 495 000 Unf\u00e4lle und Berufskrankheiten. Der Unterschied zum Vorjahr ist mit einer Zunahme von 0,3 Prozent gering. Das Unfallrisiko \u2013 das heisst, die neu registrierten Unf\u00e4lle pro 1000 Versicherte \u2013 folgt dem langfristigen Trend: In der Berufsunfallversicherung sank das Unfallrisiko innert zehn Jahren um 10 Prozent und liegt im Berichtsjahr bei 79 Unf\u00e4llen pro 1000 Versicherte. Die Arbeit in den Suva-versicherten Betrieben sei somit deutlich sicherer geworden, wie es dazu heisst. Das Risiko der schweren Unf\u00e4lle mit Invaliden- oder Todesfolge ist in den letzten 10 Jahren ebenfalls signifikant gesunken. In der Nichtberufsunfallversicherung blieb das Unfallrisiko innert zehn Jahren mit 127 Unf\u00e4llen pro 1000 Versicherte stabil.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Erneut tiefere Pr\u00e4mien f\u00fcr 2025<\/h3>\n

Weil das Unfallrisiko weiter sinkt und das versicherungstechnische Ergebnis positiv ausf\u00e4llt, k\u00f6nnen die Nettopr\u00e4mien in der Berufsunfallversicherung erneut gesenkt werden, und zwar um 4 Prozent. In der Nichtberufsunfallversicherung ergibt sich eine Senkung um rund 5 Prozent. Der Suva-Rat hat aufgrund der soliden finanziellen Lage beschlossen, die Erstattung von Kapitalertrags\u00fcbersch\u00fcssen aus den Vorjahren fortzusetzen. Dies bedeutet f\u00fcr das Jahr 2025 eine erneute Pr\u00e4mienreduktion von 20 Prozent der Nettopr\u00e4mien sowohl in der Berufs- wie auch der Nichtberufsunfallversicherung, was einer Erstattung von rund 730 Millionen Franken an die Versicherten entspricht. Die Weiterf\u00fchrung der Erstattung von Kapitalertrags\u00fcbersch\u00fcssen in Kombination mit der Senkung der Nettopr\u00e4mien, insbesondere in der Berufsunfallversicherung, f\u00fchrt erneut zur tiefsten Gesamtpr\u00e4mienbelastung f\u00fcr die Versicherten seit Einf\u00fchrung des UVG im Jahr 1984.\u00a0<\/p>\n
