Dr. Harald Sch\u00f6nfeld erkl\u00e4rt: \u201eBei VUCA war die gedankliche Grundlage, dass sich die Situation im Laufe der Zeit wieder mehr oder minder normalisieren wird. BANI hingegen ist das richtige Denkmodell f\u00fcr ein Umfeld, das durch dauerhaft instabile und m\u00f6glicherweise sogar chaotische Strukturen gekennzeichnet ist.\u201c Er gibt ein Beispiel f\u00fcr die Unterscheidung zwischen VUCA und BANI: \u201eEs mag schon sein, dass globale Lieferengp\u00e4sse eines Tages der Vergangenheit angeh\u00f6ren, aber die KI-Entwicklung wird nie mehr zur\u00fcckzudrehen sein und brachiale Auswirkungen mit sich bringen, die wir alle heutzutage bestenfalls erahnen k\u00f6nnen. Eine moderne Unternehmens\u00adleitung muss in der Lage sein, die Firmenstrategie allen Unsicherheiten zum Trotz mit klaren, einfachen Worten zu beschreiben. Denn nur, was man verst\u00e4ndlich benennen kann, l\u00e4sst sich Mitarbeitenden, Kunden oder Aktion\u00e4ren vermitteln: als Grundlage f\u00fcr notwendiges, neues Handeln.\u201c<\/p>\n

Ziel formulieren, Weg beschreiben, operative Umsetzung durchf\u00fchren<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Management-Experte Dr. Harald Sch\u00f6nfeld spricht vom Drei-Schritte-Prinzip beim BANI: erstens, das Ziel erkennen und formulieren, zweitens, den Weg dorthin beschreiben, und drittens den Weg zu gehen, also die Umsetzung. \u201eKonzepte entwickeln und Powerpoints malen, auf denen sich neue milliardenschwere Gesch\u00e4ftsfelder tummeln, k\u00f6nnen viele Manager und vor allem Management\u00adberater, aber bei der operativen Umsetzung scheitern die meisten\u201c, sagt Dr. Harald Sch\u00f6nfeld. Er begr\u00fcndet: \u201eBei der Umsetzung geht es nicht nur um Fachlichkeit, sondern vor allem darum, alle Beteiligten zu \u00fcberzeugen und auf dem Weg emotional mitzunehmen. Nur mit der F\u00e4higkeit, Menschen zu begeistern, l\u00e4sst sich Zukunft in diesen Zeiten gestalten.\u201c<\/p>\n

Hinzu kommt beim BANI-Vorgehen die Vorbereitung des Unternehmens auf im Grunde unvorhersehbare, nicht-lineare Ereignisse, sagt Dr. Harald Sch\u00f6nfeld. Er erkl\u00e4rt: \u201eModernes Management muss darauf gefasst sein, auf disruptive Entwicklungen nicht-linear zu reagieren. Dazu bedarf es resilienter Strukturen, eines hohen Masses an Achtsamkeit, einer fortw\u00e4hrenden Anpassungsf\u00e4higkeit und Transparenz.\u201c\u00a0<\/p>\n

Besser mit Interim Managern statt Beratern<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Nach Einsch\u00e4tzung von Dr. Harald Sch\u00f6nfeld sind viele Unternehmensleitungen angesichts der Wucht der Umw\u00e4lzungen an ihre Grenzen gelangt. \u201eDie meisten sind gedanklich noch gar nicht in der VUCA-Welt angekommen und daher \u00fcberhaupt nicht in der Lage, sich in Richtung BANI weiterzuentwickeln\u201c, weiss er aus vielen Gespr\u00e4chen mit Vorst\u00e4nden, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrern, Aufsichtsr\u00e4ten und Beir\u00e4ten.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Er schlussfolgert: \u201eDas Gros der Unternehmen wird ohne externe Hilfe nicht auskommen\u201c und betont: \u201eaber bitte nicht mit blossen Beratern, die vermeintlich kluge Konzepte entwickeln, sondern mit Interim Managern, die bei Bedarf f\u00fcr einige Monate in den Betrieb kommen und selbst an der Gestaltung des Wandels aktiv mitwirken. Denn in Zeiten des raschen Wandels stellen die Schnelligkeit, Themen anpacken zu k\u00f6nnen und die Sicherheit, auch die richtigen Dinge bei der Umsetzung im Betrieb zu tun, die beiden entscheidenden Faktoren f\u00fcr die Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit dar.\u201c<\/p>\n

Hinzu kommt, dass \u00fcber Fachlichkeit und Menschlichkeit hinaus eine hohe multidisziplin\u00e4re Kompetenz gefordert ist, betont Dr. Harald Sch\u00f6nfeld. Der Management-Experte erl\u00e4utert: \u201eDie Weiter\u00adentwicklung des eigenen Gesch\u00e4ftsmodells erfolgt nicht im luftleeren Raum, sondern muss heute Aspekte wie Compliance, Governance und ESG einbeziehen.\u201c Der Fachmann empfiehlt daher den Unternehmen, \u201eregelm\u00e4ssig Interim Manager f\u00fcr zukunftsorientierte Projekte ins Boot zu holen, um sich dieses neue Wissen rasch und praxisorientiert zu erschliessen\u201c.<\/p>\n
