(Bild: Screenshot www.chiefdigital.ch)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>F\u00fcr den Wirtschaftsstandort Schweiz ist es von zentraler Bedeutung, dass KMU die digitale Transformation erfolgreich bew\u00e4ltigen. \u00abKMU bilden das R\u00fcckgrat der Wirtschaft, doch gerade sie untersch\u00e4tzen oft die Herausforderung dieser neuen industriellen Revolution\u00bb, sagt Sita Mazumder von der Hochschule Luzern. Mit dem Verein Chief Digital Community (CDC) hat die Hochschule nun ein Gef\u00e4ss geschaffen, mit dessen Hilfe KMU die Transformation besser meistern sollen.<\/p>\n<h2>Sparringpartner f\u00fcr KMU<\/h2>\n<p>\u00abWir sehen uns als Sparringpartner der KMU\u00bb, erl\u00e4utert Mazumder, die dem Verein als Pr\u00e4sidentin vorsteht. \u00abMit der Chief Digital Community unterst\u00fctzen wir sie so praxisorientiert wie m\u00f6glich.\u00bb Der neue Verein bietet den Entscheidungstr\u00e4gern von KMU Beratungen bei konkreten Fragestellungen zur Digitalisierung, Zugang zu einem breiten Netzwerk, Weiterbildungen sowie Veranstaltungen nah am unternehmerischen Alltag.<\/p>\n<h2>Workshops mit \u00abChallenge\u00bb<\/h2>\n<p>Ein Kernst\u00fcck des CDC-Angebots bildet die sogenannte KMU Challenge. In diesemWorkshop stellt jeweils ein Unternehmen seine Digitalisierungsbestrebungen den anwesenden Vertreterinnen und Vertretern anderer KMU vor. Ziel ist es, dass die Unternehmen voneinander lernen und sich gegenseitig in der Digitalisierung unterst\u00fctzen. Als erstes Unternehmen stellt sich am 12. April 2018 der Luzerner E-Business- und Internet-Dienstleister Arcmedia AG vor.<\/p>\n<h2>Forschungsergebnisse auf KMU abgestimmt<\/h2>\n<p>Die Ans\u00e4tze der CDC basieren auf den aktuellen Forschungsergebnissen zum Thema digitale Transformation der Wirtschaft. Der Grossteil der vorhandenen Analysen fokussiert indes auf Grossunternehmen im englischsprachigen Raum, wie Sita Mazumder sagt. F\u00fcr Schweizer KMU seien diese nur von beschr\u00e4nktem direkten Nutzen. \u00abDeshalb w\u00e4hlen wir die f\u00fcr KMU relevanten Studien und machen diese unseren Mitgliedern zug\u00e4nglich.
