Dar\u00fcber hinaus sieht fast die H\u00e4lfte der Marketing-Verantwortlichen eine erhebliche Diskrepanz zwischen dem Nutzen der Marketing-Technologie und ihren Hoffnungen auf diesen Nutzen.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Grosse Sprachmodelle selten im Einsatz<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Gleichzeitig zeigt die Umfrage, dass US-Marketer unsicher sind, wie sie das volle Potenzial der Technologien f\u00fcr Leistungssteigerungen nutzen k\u00f6nnen. Die Umfrage ergab ausserdem, dass nur zehn Prozent der Unternehmen grosse Sprachmodelle f\u00fcr Marketing-Aktivit\u00e4ten einsetzen, obwohl sich generative KI bereits positiv auf die Unternehmen auswirkt, und zwar in Form geringerer Gemeinkosten (sieben Prozent), h\u00f6herer Kundenzufriedenheit (6,1 Prozent) und mehr Vertriebsproduktivit\u00e4t (5,1 Prozent). \u00abUnsere Daten zeigen, dass es ein riesiges Potenzial f\u00fcr die weitere Einf\u00fchrung von KI in Unternehmen und damit eine grosse Chance f\u00fcr das Marketing gibt\u00bb, so Christine Moorman, Leiterin der CMO-Umfrage.<\/p>\r\n<p>Marketing-Verantwortliche, die generative KI in ihre Prozesse integriert haben, berichten in der Umfrage jedoch von erheblichen H\u00fcrden wie knappen Mitteln f\u00fcr Investition in die notwendige Hardware.
